We’ve just completed on our new home and genuinely could not have done it without Tania at Wood & Pilcher. From start to finish, she was exceptional. It wasn’t the simplest of processes, but Tania was there for us every step of the way: consistently prompt, endlessly patient, and always thoughtful in her approach. There was one point, due to circumstances completely outside her control, where Tania had to step away temporarily, and the Wood & Pilcher Crowborough team seamlessly stepped in. They picked things up immediately and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. It truly felt like we had a whole team looking out for us. Her communication was clear and proactive, she kept us updated without us ever having to chase, and she handled every twist and turn with absolute professionalism and kindness. Buying a house can be stressful, but Tania made it feel manageable. We are incredibly grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. Wood & Pilcher are very lucky to have her!

I have used Wood & Pilcher, specifically Keith Radley, to buy two houses and sell one. I would not consider using another estate agent; Keith is head and shoulders above the competition, and the competition is good! Keith is honest and always has his customer's best interests at heart. He is ethical, straightforward, professional, likeable and genuine. Keith has an incredible knack for getting to know and positively influencing his customers. In this way, he has sold me two houses; the first time, it was the only one I looked at and the second time, the fourth. As property search agents we buy numerous houses a year for our clients, so are used to some of the pitfalls that emerge from the legal process. Rarely do these manifest themselves as being so incompetent as the conveyancing firm employed by the probate clients for whom the team at Wood and Pilcher in Tonbridge were acting. Our rental property has been left in a dangerous condition. The property is managed by the Tunbridge Wells office. We reported a leak to the toilet 7 and a half weeks ago, the flooring was damaged and was dangerous to walk on as the flooring underneath had become loose. Yesterday we had contractors attend and began to fix the flooring, half way through the work, the landlady contacted them and told them to stop all work immediately. The result is that we have no flooring in the bathroom apart from a small walkway leading to the sink, either side there is a 1 and a half foot drop. The contractors were upset as they did not want to leave the property in such condition but we're told that they wouldn't be paid for the work if they continued. We have children in the property who are unable to use the bathroom and we have had to barricade the door in case they forget in the night and fall through the floor. I wish I could share the photo, it is terrible. The landlord and estate agents are more than happy to take almost 2k per month than to ensure the property is suitable to be lived in.
