We had such a brilliant experience with Wood & Pilcher Southborough and can’t recommend them highly enough. We worked closely with Drew and Dan, who were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They both kept us fully informed at every stage, were always quick to respond to calls and emails, and regularly chased solicitors to keep things moving. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dan went above and beyond to find us our second home before it even came onto the market. We had a very narrow and challenging search, but Dan never gave up and made our dream move possible. Both Dan and Drew were knowledgeable, honest and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us. A fantastic team and an estate agent we’d wholeheartedly recommend.

We cannot fault the service Wood and Pilcher Southborough gave us throughout the process of purchasing our house. Dan was almost always available to take our calls, or would call back promptly, and he was quick to respond to our emails. After poor performance from another agency I listed my property with Wood and Pilcher in February, within TWO DAYS Drew managed to secure a buyer to which I was over the moon. I quickly fell in love with another property through Wood and Pilcher in Crowborough and Tania was most helpful to secure this purchase. As I was selling a leasehold the sales progression wasn't easy however Dan, Drew, Emma and Tania worked really hard to keep things pushing along despite the many hurdles that come with a leasehold. 6 months later our chain of 4 have now exchanged and I am very very grateful to all those involved in the process, I have nothing but high praises for Wood and Pilcher.

Our rental property has been left in a dangerous condition. The property is managed by the Tunbridge Wells office. We reported a leak to the toilet 7 and a half weeks ago, the flooring was damaged and was dangerous to walk on as the flooring underneath had become loose. Yesterday we had contractors attend and began to fix the flooring, half way through the work, the landlady contacted them and told them to stop all work immediately. The result is that we have no flooring in the bathroom apart from a small walkway leading to the sink, either side there is a 1 and a half foot drop. The contractors were upset as they did not want to leave the property in such condition but we're told that they wouldn't be paid for the work if they continued. We have children in the property who are unable to use the bathroom and we have had to barricade the door in case they forget in the night and fall through the floor. I wish I could share the photo, it is terrible. The landlord and estate agents are more than happy to take almost 2k per month than to ensure the property is suitable to be lived in.
