John had his finger on the pulse during the entire process and made it as stress free as possible for us, going the extra mile throughout and keeping us informed of developments. Delighted with the service and would absolutely recommend. These processes can be so stressful and inevitably the unexpected always happens, so having someone that cared made a huge difference.

From Leon who managed everything with the property to Tina who kept us up to date with the progress of the chain the service was great. They went above and beyond by pushing a chain which was struggling to move through and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleAn otherwise straightforward sale of a flat with no chain, turned into a frustrating debacle. Caused by the conveyancing practitioners the buyers had gone for. Luckily the agent, Holly, went out of her way to make sure all parties were kept informed and single-handedly kept the sale alive.

Lydia has been looking after me and i couldnt ask for anyone better! Thank you! Highly recommend them as you will be far from disappointed. Best people around by far.

FacebookA great big thank you to Leon and the team in the Crowborough branch for all they did getting our fairly large chain through to exchange. Leon kept me updated throughout on the phone and Tina's round robin emails to the chain kept everyone fully abreast of the state if play. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleWORST AGENTS EVER! If I could give 0 stars I would. To say we had a very bad experience is an understatement. Our property has been on the market with the Southborough office for over a year and it’s been absolute disaster! None of them seems to care, no updates on viewings, Amanda or Nina never at the office, saying they will email you and then never do, when you call the office they are not there. Nine tried to by our property but just when we were ready to exchange contracts she pulled out saying the property wasn’t big enough. Very unprofessional from someone who works in this business! We raised number of complains with the main Tunbridge Wells office and had to get another agent involved so things to actually start moving and when the property sold we were glad to be free of them.. I wasn’t going to bother with review but then I spoke to two of my neighbours who also used them and their opinion was exactly the same as ours! Not professional, not honest, nor interested and simply the worst!

Awful communication. Both to me the tenant and to the landlord I was renting from. Kept being fobbed off with different answers everytime I communicated. Would not recommend rent g through them, they are clueless.

FacebookWood & Pilcher in Heathfield helped us enormously with our property. Their independence shines through - now that we're somewhere else with no local W&P branch, we're shocked at how the typical high street estate agents resort to dodgy tactics and harrassing calls about mortgage advisers etc. Wood & Pilcher did a lot of hard work behind the scenes, taking so much stress out of the whole process, though always there if we needed them. Highly recommended.
