GoogleI have had the pleasure of meeting Alfie three times and he always gives exemplary service and goes above and beyond to be extremely honest and helpful. I highly recommend him and believe he is an asset to this estate agents. He has the ability to strike up a rapport with humour but still being completely professional.
Thank you for your 5 star review and particularly lovely comments about Alfie - he is delighted!

GoogleI recently bought a flat via the estate agents Wood & Pilcher, Tunbridge Wells branch. The level of assistance offered during the entire process - from initial viewing to eventually buying - was most impressive. I very much appreciated the patient and professional responses to my many queries; and the friendly advice, support and reassurance offered along the way. When visiting the branch in person, I always sensed a cohesive and positive team atmosphere and a welcoming ethos. I had particular dealings with Amanda and Alfie initially, and increasingly with Lynn as the sale progressed (who went above and beyond to resolve issues, communicate updates and reassure me when necessary). Overall, I would heartily and unreservedly recommend this company and their highly knowledgeable and motivated team.
