A fantastic experience from start to finish with Wood & Pilcher! James Robins is a credit to his profession, he was on top of the process all the way through. He found us the perfect property, was extremely personable and was always available to answer any questions we had. A big thank you to him and his team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Our first impression of this estate agent was OK but not great. When we first viewed the property we ended up purchasing the estate agent didn't seem overly engaged or knowledgeable about the property; it seemed that they were only interested in telling us that there was already an offer on the house. However, after that experience, I believe we dealt with someone else for putting in the offer and liaising for everything else, which was a much better process. Wood and Pilcher were generally friendly and responsive throughout. They remained engaged throughout the whole process which was reassuring and made the process a little less nerve-wracking.

I couldn't be happier with the service received from Wood and Pilcher. From the start, Jake was friendly and welcoming when showing us round our house, and was able to answer all of our questions. The whole team were proactive and regularly kept us updated on the process of buying our house. Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremely professional. I've sold through Wood and Pilcher Southborough twice and every time they've gone the extra mile and secured a good price. The team are both skilled and experienced and when I'm next selling it will be through them

Outstanding service from the day I engaged Amanda and her team to sell my property during one of the most difficult periods ever. Wood and Pilcher Southborough office recently sold our house for us. The team was the perfect mix of professional and friendly. We received regular updates (via email and telephone) from Niina and Amanda throughout the process. Viewings were all timely and follow up was swift. The team really known the local market and I would always highly recommend them.

Wood & Pilcher Southborough did a fantastic job with selling our house. The communication was great and we were always able to speak to someone at the office whenever we needed to. The team were always aware of what was going on with the sale of our house and viewing etc. and were always really friendly. Special thanks to Niina for facilitating a smooth process. Thank you!!!

We bought a house through Wood & Pilcher, Southborough, completing in June. The team were brilliant at every stage, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything happened as it should - chasing solicitors up and down the chain relentlessly, as well as asking us all the right questions! Without their efforts I doubt we would have completed on time, which saved us thousands in stamp duty. Thank you!
