GoogleI used Wood & Pilcher to sell my house in Tunbridge Wells and from start to finish they have been truly exceptional with viewings always completed at the exact time and no drop outs or changes ever. I can recommend them 100% without any hesitation as they really have a fantastic team behind them who work their socks off to sell your house. Another Happy CustomerPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were so impressed with Wood and Pilcher. They are really efficient and did a great job of marketing our house, doing all of the viewings, and keeping tabs on the progress of the sale. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a 5 Star review - we really appreciate you taking the time to do so.

GoogleWORST AGENTS EVER! If I could give 0 stars I would. To say we had a very bad experience is an understatement. Our property has been on the market with the Southborough office for over a year and it’s been absolute disaster! None of them seems to care, no updates on viewings, Amanda or Nina never at the office, saying they will email you and then never do, when you call the office they are not there. Nine tried to by our property but just when we were ready to exchange contracts she pulled out saying the property wasn’t big enough. Very unprofessional from someone who works in this business! We raised number of complains with the main Tunbridge Wells office and had to get another agent involved so things to actually start moving and when the property sold we were glad to be free of them.. I wasn’t going to bother with review but then I spoke to two of my neighbours who also used them and their opinion was exactly the same as ours! Not professional, not honest, nor interested and simply the worst!

GoogleI cannot recommend this agency enough - particularly Steve Bovis - who cognisant of the prevailing climate - went above and beyond to ensure the exchange and completion of my property transaction the Friday before lock-down: without Steve's input, I doubt this deal would have succeeded.

GoogleSuper knowledgeable and helpful team. Cannot recommend highly enough used to intially purchase a property and then sell the same propperty when moving on a few years later. Both times sales were quick and the whole team did there best to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.

GoogleGreat service by Niina, Amanda and team. The entire process was slick, from the straightforward valuation and setting the plan for the sale, through to the completion itself. The speed with which they got me a buyer was astounding - really happy!

GoogleWhen l sold my flat in tunbridge wells l asked six local agents out who liked the flat but were going through the motions. Two staff from wood and pilcher came out who loved it and really belived they could get £50,000 more than the other agents valuations. It eventually went to sealed bids and l got £62,000 more than the other agents thought and the sales process was so smooth that they were pushing me . Thanks guys l always meant to thank you and now l have. Angelique
