Consistently felt let down by W & G throughout the buying process. Unnecessary checks and prying phone calls left me feeling annoyed. Culminating with a completion letter addressed to two (surnames both incorrectly spelt....) disgruntled customers.

We bought an auction property; the purchase was handled by Gwennan. She was helpful, professional and diligent throughout. You don’t normally expect to be so well supported as the buyer, in light of primary care being for the vendor. Gwennan was a star. I would commend her and her colleagues to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
Thank you for your kind words it has been a pleasure assisting you with your purchase.

The service we received from Gwennan and team was top notch. Sound advice was given throughout and our purchase was pushed through with the speed we needed, with Gwennan even coming into the office outside of normal hours to help us exchange quickly. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for your kind words, we always strive to make the process as stress free as possible.

Both my wife and I are experienced Landlords owning six properties and we have to date purchased two properties with All Wales Property Auctions .We have found that the whole experience from first point of contact through to viewing property and finally at the auction has been excellent . All the staff are so helpful and provide advice and guidance beyond those expected of many estate agents .We still possess both properties and have had continuous rental income . I would highly recommend the company .
Thank you for your kind words, I look forward to finding you further properties for your growing portfolio.

View AgentsFriendly, welcoming and professional
We dealt with Williams & Goodwin when buying our new house. They were really helpful and very proactive at every stage of what ended up being a very long winded and arduous process (our own sale fell through twice before proceeding). Elin in particular was brilliant even putting up with my pidgin Welsh emails. We would not hesitate to use Williams Goodwin to represent us if we were ever to put our house on the market. Diolch yn fawr Elin a pawb yn Williams Goodwin Caernarfon!

When we started looking for a property to buy, the agents were very helpful in arranging viewings that were convenient for us. When we found our chosen property, we arranged a second viewing and all information provided by the agent was found to be very accurate. The process of purchasing the property has been smoothly managed by the agents and their efficiency is second to none.
Thank you for such a great review, we are so pleased we could help you find a property . Kind regards, from all the team.

View AgentsGreat service!
After spending around twelve months looking for a holiday home, my partner and I recently found a bungalow with Williams and Goodwin. The service we received was excellent! Sian kept in touch on a regular basis, providing us with updates and helping us through our purchase, even allowing access to the property when we needed to carry out enquiries with builders. Peter showed us around the property initially and even allowed me to come back a second time when I returned to Anglesey with my family. A brilliant service from Williams and Goodwin and would recommend them as a great estate agent to use.
Dear Danielle, Thank you for such a great review, we are so pleased we could find a property for you. Kind regards, from all the team.

View AgentsBuyer only review
As with most house buyers, I'm becoming intimately involved with many estate agents, desperate to find my 'forever home'. This particular estate agent's team has gone out of their way time and time again to look for houses that may suit me and my husband. At every viewing, our encounter has been positive; their agents seem genuine, friendly people who listen to us, are knowledgable and sincere. I have every faith they'll find us our dream home soon!
Whilst it is always nice to hear from our vendors, purchasers, landlords or tenants, i think this is the first review we have received from a client who has yet to complete a property transaction with us. To read such praise is a great reflection on the time and effort we all put in to helping clients fulfill their dreams, and it is kind of you to take the time to acknowledge the care taken in listening to clients needs which we feel is so important. I hope that through these efforts we can find you a suitable property as with our staff spending so much effort in getting to know both our stock of properties and what they offer as well as your needs we can often put forward suggestions that help encourage you to view a property which may not immediately appear suitable

View AgentsSupporting the buyer - Sally is second to none.
Sally in the sales department is perhaps the most supportive and efficient agent I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. She constantly monitored the progress of the sale, keeping in contact with us, the buyer, and our vendors, always informing us of the current situation. I cannot sing her praises highly enough.
