The only people to keep me sane during this transaction

I have just bought a house. I chose the wrong solicitor to do the conveyancing. Glaciers move faster. Of course it was always "someone else's fault" when I got in touch with my solicitor. W&G were absolutely first class. They chased and cajoled and did everything else possible to make the deal happen ASAP. They could not have been more helpful. I was tearing my hair out by the end of the transaction because it was time specific. They were super supportive, kept me informed and just did their best to keep things moving. I never thought I would be writing a glowing review for an estate agent, but here I am and I could not be happier to do it. Next time I will even take advice from them about solicitors, because let's face it, the prices are bound to be in the same ball park (or am I being naive again) but they will actually know who can move efficiently. Top job W&G!

Excellent service from Gwennan and Sian

I could not ask for better service from williams and goodwin. Gwennan and Sian have been in contact with myself daily,a few times daily to be honest. They kept me up to date at all times and nothing was a bother to them. They were always there on the phone and was very looked after. I did also deal with mark a few times over the phone who also excellent. Thank you for everything and all your help.

House Purchase

I first met Mark whilst looking for a property to buy in Anglesey, Mark arranged a viewing of the property which the owners wanted to do themselves, after the viewing Mark contacted me to get my response to the property.My wife and I decided to go ahead with the purchase,from this point on Mark kept us up to date with the transaction.Our own agent was O.K but needed chasing up to get any information,it was the same with our solicitor.If I wanted any information I contacted Mark who got the info and rang back asap,I think Mark worked above and beyond the call of duty, All the staff were very friendly and passed on messages efficiently,I cannot fault the service we got. Helpful, quick, informative. A pleasure to deal with.

Firstly, we we're in the process of buying a property through another agency for a period of 10-12 weeks. During that time we spoke to the estate agent three times and often struggled to get hold of them via e-mail and phone calls. We subsequently pulled out of that purchase, and so have some experience to be able to compare both agents. Sian has been more than helpful from day one, down to the initial viewing which was arranged within 45 minutes of calling her. The next day we put in an offer, and within 30 minutes had two return calls in negotiation with the third confirming we had reached an agreement. Several weeks passed and Sian had been in regular contact obtaining updates from both sides and assisting to ensure everything went through smoothly. It's been 5-6 week and we're ready to move in. I can't rate the agent and agency highly enough, especially whilst comparing them to our previous experience. E-mails and phone calls were regular and prompt, keeping us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Very smooth transaction

As first time buyers, my wife and I had no clue in purchasing a house and as soon as we had our first house visit with Tim i knew we had nothing to worry about. His knowledge was fantastic as were his ideas for home improvements. Tim was also flexible enough to meet us on his way home from work to enable us a 2nd visit which fitted around our hectic schedule. I can't say enough good things about Nadine who dealt with us for everything else. From the first phone call she was polite,professional and above all else spoke in a manor that put you at ease explaining each process step by step. Top Class Act!

Julia and Nadine were consummate profressionals and were the reason we stuck with the purchase of our bungalow. Excellent Service with a Happy Ending

We were looking for a property a couple of hours from our home. The Agents were able to organise a very short notice viewing on a Saturday. We were given plenty of time to look around the property, not rushed at all and answers to our questions, regarding the property and the area. Friendly and very helpful

On most occasions, I spoke with Leslie on the phone. She was helpful and most importantly, communicative. She offered assistance if we needed it, at every stage and made our purchase of Siop Farm, Four Mile Bridge, go swiftly and smoothly. As first time buyers, we had been led to believe by others that buying a house was a huge, up hill struggle but in fact we found the exact opposite.
