View AgentsFriendly and efficient
The agent is always friendly and understanding of any issues raised. When we had an emergency with a burst shower they quickly contacted a plumber and a new shower was promptly installed. All our requests have been treated with understanding and an efficient manner. I would recommend them as a leggings agent.

I had marketed my property with different estate agents in the area and may I say without any success. I was recommended by a friend to try Williams and Goodwin. What a difference in the overall approach from the others. Phill did the survey on our property and may I say in the most professional way. We agreed on a price to market at and all went so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah and Ellin at the Caernarfon office were so professional in the approach with the focus on the customer. Any questions we raised were answered immediately and in the most courteous manner. All the way through the whole process from marketing through to the final sale was just fantastic. Only to be recommended as the best estate agent we have ever had in all the house sales we have had. (Approx. 10) A big thank you to all at Williams and Goodwin. Alan and Patricia
Thank you for your kind words.

View AgentsProperty People have been our letting agents for the past 5 years and we have had an excellent standard of service from them. They are very thorough when dealing with potential tenants, and know which tenants are suitable for us as landlords in a rural area. They also have contacts with local tradesmen when there is a problem involving house maintenance, and sometimes emergency work. All the staff are very professional and helpful - telephoning or e mailing often to keep us updated with the latest news on potential tenants. Any problems we or the tenant have are dealt with quickly. Gwenno and Vanessa's last words are '' Don't worry, we'll sort it.'' We are very pleased to having been recommended to Williams and Goodwin and shall be dealing with them for the foreseeable future.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Williams and Goodwin, The Property People, and highly recommend them to anyone who asks which Estate Agent to use. We felt that they were there to look after our interests during the viewings and the offer process. As our buyers were living abroad it was a long and difficult time for everyone before the contracts were exchanged. The Agents kept in touch with all parties involved up to completion of the sale, and even met the new owners at the property with the keys as they were arriving when the office was closed and we were away from home too! E & C Jones
It was a pleasure and thank you very much for the kind comments. I hope we can be of further assistance in the future.

I cannot begin to thank the excellent staff of the Caernarfon branch of Williams and Goodwin. Without the particular herculean efforts of the young lady, Sarah, in communicating with all three parties for over a year, the selling chain would have collapsed! I can heartily recommend them for determination and patience in a sensitive negotiations. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in using them again - and indeed look forward to another bottle of champagne!

View AgentsElin & Sarah were a great help..
As a seller from out of the area, I needed an agent that would take control of the sale from end to end. The communication from both Elin and Sarah was excellent. They were regularly keeping me informed of the progress of viewings and then with sale. Whenever I called with a question they were aware of the situation and the status of the sale, filling me with confidence. Thanks so much to you both. Nick (Plas Yr Eifl)

on the 27th November 2015 .I was MC at an event to raise funds for Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice, the event was organised by Huws Gray Builders Merchants. The Charity Auction was conducted by Mr Melfyn Williams of All Wales Auctions. The Auction was a master class in auctioneering and culminated in circa £10.000 being raised in some 45 minutes. I have previously acted as MC at many events across North Wales where Melfyn Williams has been the auctioneer. I can honestly state that his technique and professionalism is outstanding, I would strongly recommend Mr Williams and All Wales Auctions. I have also attended property and farm equipment & implement auctions, conducted by All Wales Auctions, they were all very well organised and professionally delivered with personality. I am happy to offer a 1st class recommendation of the services offered
Thank you Colin for your review. We are always ready willing and able to assist local charities and fundraising events if we are available. Good cause, great evening - superb bidders made our job easy!

View AgentsWin-win
I would like to thank Williams and Goodwin for their prompt and courteous service during the 13 months in which I was tenant at a property managed fully by them. When renting it is not possible to tell what maintenance work may prove necessary, and initially I was unfortunate to experience a flood and the need to replace the downstairs toilet within 48 hours. During the tenancy various lesser issues cropped up with the front door, lighting, tree pruning, and an oven reaching the end of it's life. I am grateful that all of the above were dealt with pleasantly with continued amicable relations between myself, the owner and W & G. In the case of a front door which would not shut and the lack of an oven, a contractor was sent the same day. It was always pleasant to meet Greg during the management visits, which gave an opportunity to discuss any non-urgent issues and the best course of action. I am grateful to Rhys and Gwenno for their management of the various issues as we went along. It was understood the owner wished to eventually sell the property and when this occurred the handling of the final countdown and reimbursement of deposit and gas refund was efficient and prompt. I believe the tenancy was a win-win situation for all concerned, and will have good memories of it.

I have been totally surprised by the turn around in the quality of service provided over the last few years. This is no small part due to Kelvin and no doubt several other members of staff that I never get to hear about. Keep up the good work.
