We found their service to be friendly and efficient. From our initial contact to arrange the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement all of their staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and they responded quickly when we phoned to report the front door lock had broken. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

View AgentsMaking house hunting a joy!
I have been looking for my new home for over 8 months in North Wales. In the end I found it through another agent but not for want of trying by Williams and Goodwin, who were great! Tim always took time, never made me feel rushed, and was really helpful with everything. Highly recommend them and they were certainly part of what made the whole process of house hunting a real joy. Thanks so much Tim!

View AgentsAn efficient and reliable service, with excellent customer care
We have used the letting services of Williams and Goodwin for 5 years and they have proved to be both efficient and reliable in our dealings with them. From listing the property, to tenants moving in through to follow up visits and administration, the whole team work together to manage each stage thoroughly and smoothly. The team members are polite and professional but at the same time friendly and approachable, which works well for us. A special mention to our Property Manager, Rhian Cunliffe, who is always ready to help and willing to facilitate between our and our tenants' needs in a conscientious and professional manner. I would highly recommend Williams and Goodwin's letting services.

View AgentsGeneral rating after rental of property
I was not impressed with the service from W&G to begin with - not much known about the property when we were first shown round, and some teething problems which should not have happened given that the property was being offered via agents. However, I must thank a lady called Gwennno Griffith in Llangefni W&G as she has always given her best to resolve any issues I had and has always been helpful via phone or email. Excellent service and customer care from Gwenno.

View AgentsOverall satisfied. Communication not always easy.
After meeting the manager (proprietor), with whom I was impressed, at the beginning of my dealings with this firm, I was disappointed with the follow-up. Communication was not easy. However, after a while I was given Ms Vanessa Lloyd to manage my letting, and I cannot praise her too highly. She is extremely efficient, responsive and always courteous. She is never officious or over-familiar, as are unfortunately some of her colleagues. Ms Lloyd has now been moved to the Bangor office and I find myself still ringing her, although she is no longer in charge of my letting.

View AgentsFirst class treatment from the staff at Williams and Goodwin
We were very pleased with the initial property valuation and brochure. The photos showed the bungalow to its best advantage and the description was thorough. Throughout the complex sale, we were kept informed at each stage by Sally Walley who was our main contact at Williams and Goodwin Llangefni branch. Overall we were very satisfied with the branch and recommend them.

It is so lovely to receive your feedback. My Colleagues and I always hope that we have given the best help we can in what, for a lot of people, is a very stressful time. Your words mean a lot to Dafydd and I and also to the rest of our team. Job well done!

View AgentsReally good, for letting and selling
I have let my house using W&G as agents for 7 years. They are always very professional yet easy to work with. When required, they have found suitable tenants quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Communication has always been good, friendly yet courteous. I have now sold the house, using W&G as agents and they have found a buyer very quickly. All round excellent service, I have no hesitation recommending them for letting and for selling.

View AgentsOverall service provided by the Caernarfon Office
We recently purchased a property that was on the market with the property agent , Williams and Goodwin. The level of service and assistance provided by Elin Bearman and her colleague Sarah who are both based at the Caernarfon Office was excellent from start to finish. All arrangements to visit the property were dealt with in an excellent manner, all queries and calls were responded to very efficiently and they both,in my opinion, did their utmost to assist and ensure matters went through as quickly as possible. As with any house purchase the process can be quite stressful, but Elin and Sarah's actions alleviated that part as they interacted with both the sellers and buyers solicitors throughout and provided daily updates so that we were clear on the position at all stages throughout the process. Please convey our thanks and appreciation. "Diolch Yn Fawr Iawn!! "
