Just got my new home key yesterday and i cannot be more happier than that. Thank you to all the member who were associated with me all these months to fulfill my dream. Firstly thank you so much Nicola for helping me to deal in my initial days and being so patience with me and my questions main credit goes to you for letting me have my home. Secondly thank you so much Trudy. Wow you have been like a friend to me honestly when nicola handed me to you i was very skeptical at first not knowing you at all but the very first phone call with you changed my mind you were so open and so so friendly that my nervousness was gone. You always answered my call no matter the time. You guided me throughout the remaining process not like a teacher but like a family. You can't imagine how lucky i was to get you. Words are not enough my dear to describe you. Lastly thank you Greg for being so welcoming when we visited the office to collect keys. It looked like you were more happier than us. And thank you for the goodies bag it was so nice of you all.

In selling my 2 bed flat with Winkworths, I found their service truly excellent. They were quick to respond, valued fairly and utilised an Offer in Excess Of mechanism achieved a good price. They did a single day viewing in Reading for 9 viewings resulting in 3 offers shortly after. I must highly commend Trudy which tirelessly pushed both up and down the chain for completion. She was always willing to take a call, even at all hours and was highly dedicated to pushing the solicitors along. They also provided invaluable advice to minimise future delays by getting things prepped in advance. In total for a chain of 3 properties they achieved a completion in about 10 weeks and that's including the Christmas break. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We both sold and purchased through Amy Williams. From the offest, Amy was professional, committed and an excellent communicator. The sale and purchase process was made a lot easier as a result of Amy’s dedication and thorough process. We could not fault the service we recieved and would recommend Amy and also the team around her to anybody who wishes to sell or purchase through williams and goodwin. Having been on the market with a different estate agent for 12 weeks with no interest, no viewings and very little updates, We instructed W&G and Amy was on the case. Within 4 working days of our property being relisted, it was sold…. Thank you for all the hard work.

Amy, our agent, was absolutely amazing! So profesional and reassuring throughout the whole process. No question or task was too much trouble, and any queries or questions were answered in no time. We didn't have to lift a finger throughout the whole process and everything went so smoothly. We received regular updates and helpful time scales to help us plan around the move etc. A bonus for us personally was being able to do everything through the medium of Welsh, our first language. We can't thank Amy enough for all her help and would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to do so through Williams & Goodwin.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is truly deserved. Michael Foldvari has been outstanding from start to finish. He is honest, professional, helpful, and genuinely humble. After a very long time, I have finally come across an estate agent who says exactly what he means and stands by his word. What he promises is exactly what he delivers. I would confidently recommend Michael to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent. It has been a real pleasure dealing with him.
