GoogleIsabelle and Charlotte were amazing to work with. My partner and I are moving from London to Reading, and communication from the start has been quick and thorough. When a property didn't work out, they sent great alternatives. Would recommend!

GoogleFrom the moment I requested a virtual viewing while we’re abroad, the service from this agency has been outstanding. Charlotte contacted me immediately after I expressed interest and arranged for videos to be taken the very next day. She was consistently responsive to all our questions, and the referencing and affordability checks through Goodlord were seamless and straightforward.
We’ve been searching for apartments for about a month with mixed experiences from other agencies - viewing requests ignored, or little to no information provided. In contrast, this agency has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. They are a real credit to the landlord of the property we’re currently about to secure.

GoogleWilliams and Goodwin handled a complex sale for me, providing an excellent service throughout. All the staff acted in a most courteous and professional manner throughout the process, often going above and beyond contractual obligations to help. Special mention must go toAmy Williams, Dafydd Thomas and Sally Walley without whose help we probably would still be looking for a buyer. What is usually a difficult and stressful process was made simple and stress free by the excellent team.

From the very beginning with getting our house valued, to having professional photos taken, and right through to the paperwork once sold has been amazing. It wasnt easy in parts but the professionalism and support was fantastic and kept us calm to the end.
