It appears i am another unfortunate resident of this horrible management company. Our apartment has been cleaned maybe four times since the beginning of covid-19, despite several complaints. Photos added show to mess and insect infestation. Now they have started giving out parking tickets to residents for parking in there own car parking spot, during the current climate when many residents are currently out of work and already struggling to make end meet. Ironically Michael Howard, the Director of this company, quoted "I was living in an apartment block in central Manchester where the managing agent wasn’t very good and there was no customer care or even basic enquiry handling service. I set about designing a service solution that was not just competent but that really listened and delivered the voice of the customer." Truly inspiring quote by the MD, quite the wordsmith. Had a great experience finding a property with these amazing agents. During my time house hunting I had the joy of working with two agents, Zula and Kyia! Both super helpful, knowledgeable and now I’m moving into a gem of a property. **DO NOT** employ this 'property management' company to look after your building. There seems to be similar issues in all residential buildings listed under them; security breaches such as cars being broken into, bikes and parcels being stolen, lifts out out order for over a year and cladding issues. All this and they continue to increase and overspend on service charge. They do not care for the safety of their residence. They have no idea what they are doing. They have been thrown off other residential properties they 'managed' in the past and I can not wait fro them to be thrown off others.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Singularly the most incompetent lettings agency I have ever dealt with, from start to finish. Response is the absolute bare minimum or you just get fully ignored, when trying to get in contact about anything from broken furnishings to genuine health hazards within our flat. Urban Bubble are the worst company

Urban Bubble are the worst company I had had the displeasure of having to deal with. Never buy or rent if they are involved at all. We have owned a flat in a building owned and managed by them for 3 years. They take absolutely no care over the building what so ever and regularly fail to complete routine maintenance, while service charges increase. Their lack of maintenance led to a leak which destroyed our main bathroom, living room floors and caused thousands of pounds of damage. They refused to help cover this in anyway, even though it was proven to be entirely their fault. They are slow to respond and show absolutely no care to the people in their buildings in the slightest. I would rather the building were managed by Michael Scott, at least it would be funny then.

I lived in one their site Burlington Square, the apartment was very nice and was very clean, reception was nice as wellMaintenance was very big issue, basically nothing get fixed, you have to wait for 2 months, maintenance guy was unable to fix basic issuesManager was not helpful at all, she was defensive and angry when you complained to her about maintenance issues, she think it's normal to wait 2 months for such washing machine to get fixed Residents were smoking weed, and cigarette which causing a difficulty in breathing Reception staff were very good, especially wahl the Egyptian guy very helpful. always smiling and say hello to everyone and he is very good security guyIf they fix maintenance issues, this place is good to live in, and in need of a different manager
