GoogleIt is very hard to communicate with Urbanbubble and instead of them managing your property, you feel like you are constantly chasing them and therefore managing your own property whilst paying someone else. Often their telephone lines ring off with no answer machine (especially on a Friday). If you email them, they may or may not respond, and don't answer all of your questions. They did not send me my contract for 5 months (after many requests) and they did not take the meter readings at the beginning of the tenancy which caused me a lot of stress and financial loss. I am still waiting to hear what work has taken place at my property after many attempts to find out. I just hope my tenants are getting a better service than I am as the landlord.
