GoogleReally poor experience with them managing the building I live in. No hot water for over a week and this has happened multiple times this year with no explanation, no time frame of when this will get sorted and awful at giving regular updates.

Googlehad an issue in the flat since may 2023 - Latisha has ignored correspondance since january 2024... don't answer the phone never get back to my voicemails.. not really sure where we go from here.

GoogleReally unhelpful. If you need anything fixing be prepared to wait months for a response. I had a tap leak for 3 months before they responded to the issue, even though I reported it many times. I’ve had other issues that I’ve reported multiple times, no comments back on the issue.

GoogleAdeeb has been the best agent I have experienced in the UK I don't say that lightly. He really understands customer care. With the service we have received from adeeb throughout our tenancy it is clear that this agent does not do his job just for the money aspect but he genuinely considers the tenants needs. He has liased between us as tenants and the landlord fairly and has been patient throughout the whole process. He has been transparent and trustworthy. I hope one day I will have the opportunity to put a face to the name. We have had our difficulties with urban bubble from the beginning of our tenancy as a company but adeeb has definitely stood in the gap, because of him we appreciate urban bubble as a whole and really hope he gets the recognition he deserves within the company. Adeeb if you are reading this THANKYOU

GoogleAs a landlord, my experience with Urbanbubble Manchester has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From their lack of timely advertising for my property to their unresponsiveness to emails, it has been a constant uphill battle to get anything accomplished with this company. First and foremost, the most glaring issue is their inability to advertise my property on time. Despite repeated requests and reminders, it seems like they are always lagging behind schedule, leaving my property vacant for longer periods than necessary and causing me to lose out on potential rental income. Furthermore, the turnover rate of staff at Urbanbubble Manchester is alarmingly high. It feels like every time I reach out to them, I'm dealing with someone new who has no knowledge of my property or the ongoing issues. This lack of continuity makes it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved efficiently. The level of communication is abysmal. I find myself constantly having to chase them for updates or action on various matters, whether it's repairs that need to be addressed or utilities that need to be switched over for new tenants. It's as if they have no regard for the importance of timely communication and follow-up. Speaking of repairs, Urbanbubble Manchester's negligence in addressing maintenance issues in a timely manner is unacceptable. Instead of proactively taking care of problems reported by tenants, they drag their feet, leaving me to deal with frustrated tenants who rightfully expect a prompt resolution to their concerns. To add insult to injury, they have failed to switch utilities after each new tenant, causing unnecessary headaches and confusion. This oversight reflects a lack of attention to detail and basic property management responsibilities. And if all that wasn't enough, I've had to deal with enforcement agents due to their incompetence in handling certain legal matters. This has not only been a major inconvenience but has also tarnished my reputation as a landlord. Additionally, I've found myself having to remind them to pay me my rent on multiple occasions, which is completely unacceptable. As a landlord, timely rent payments are crucial for my financial stability, and it's disheartening to have to continually chase after them for what is rightfully mine. Overall, my experience with Urbanbubble Manchester has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetence, lack of communication, and disregard for basic property management responsibilities have made them a liability rather than an asset. I would strongly advise any landlord to steer clear of this company if they value their sanity and the well-being of their property.

GoogleDisgusting, shameful and will not return your deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR TRUST THEM. It's been close to a month since my contract ended and they haven't returned my deposit. They have been holding on to my deposit with no reason whatsoever and continues to lie about it everyday. They have also now charged me rent as well another tenant rent for the same property. They have not yet returned my rent and it's been 26 days. Last I checked, you can't charge two rents from two different parties for one property. I have reached out to Michael ( the owner), the complaints team, the legal team and the lettings team, not one single person cares. Throughout the process the lettings team treated me with no respect and continues to make fun of my situation. I am under so much emotional distress and they just lie to me. Nobody really cares and if you're not local, I'd warn you to be extra cautious as they tell you that you're not entitled to explanations. I was not given the forms, explanations or respect others had gotten and now they won't give me my deposit or my rent back which was promised to me. I am now taking things to court. I have asked them to notify the landlord that I will be going to courts and they have not done this so I'm assuming they are hiding things from the landlord. If you're the landlord of Apartment 30, Liverpool Falkner street, you might want to contact them soon. Since December last year they have been fooling about and not following processes and they are more than willing to break tenants rights and be a part of illegal activities. DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE. TENANTS BE AWARE. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. LANDLORDS MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THRY ARE DOING BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO HIDE THINGS FROM YOU.

Harassed my girlfriend for rent due when it was an error on a place she was livings at fault, a date error so tried to charge rent for period we were told was free… when challenged this urban bubble company never replied and no apology offered. Scumbags
