Very poor company. Our building management was transferred from them to POD, following lousy management by them. Upon transferring my account they put “Professional Charges” of £288 on my account without providing an explanation for this charge. When I phone to clarify, message says no one available to take call. AVOID THIS COMPANY

GoogleHad a wonderful experience with Johanne and Xavier. They made sure our renting process went smooth and untroubled. Johanne even texted us back out of her hours whenever needed and we really appreciate it. Xavier was polite and patient with our queries during the viewing.

I have an apartment rented out and with block management by this company. It is a nightmare for me. Service Charges suddenly increased due to overpayment to contractors and for the letting contract, money was deducted from rental income without reasons. My property was very poorly managed.

GoogleThe letting agent was quite blunt when I sent through my enquiry. I don't feel that my questions were sufficiently answered, and they were being somewhat secretive about the contents of the "furnished" apartment. No bother, I will rent somewhere else.
