GoogleCurrently in a chain with this estate agent. Absolutely Horrendous communication. Always promising calls back to solicitors and agents and never delivering. Putting forward buyers to their client as investors and not disclosing that they have Related sales pending. If you are looking to sell property, I would look elsewhere as the after-care sales progression is extremely poor.

GoogleWe have had an extremely positive experience with Urban & Rural and have no hesitation in recommending them to others, as they were to us. Chris had an excellent understanding of the local market and valued it £20,000 over other valuations. Zoe was incredible during the house viewings and kept us well informed as offers came in - she managed to secure us an offer £5,000 over the asking price. Steven also called us throughout the solicitors stage making us feel very well informed. We can’t thank Urban and Rural enough for their professionalism and help - it made what is typically a stressful situation a much easier process.

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with Urban & Rural team. The whole proces was new for me and stressful sometimes which I believe is normal for the beginners but exciting at the same time . Lesley K. was looking after my case from the beginning . She was always available and ready to talk or responded to my calls and answered all questions. Liaised with the vendor and responded to me very quick. She was very helpful , supportive and ….. patient during the whole process! 😉 Thank you. Ps. GoogleI recently bought a property through U&R and had Lesley in support the whole way. While the legal process was certainly not seamless with ups and downs, delays and problems in abundance, Lesley was excellent at navigating and getting stuff done. She kept me in the loop at every step, was proactive in chasing for information and was professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to use Urban and Rural again, they will absolutely be my first choice for selling and buying in the future.

GoogleI found Urban & Rural, so professional, Jess was warm & friendly and showed us around the property and answered all of our questions and concerns. With regard to selling our own house Darren completed the valuation and explained what they do and how they would promote our home, again the service was exceptional. Due up a change in our circumstances we were unable to proceed with our sale. When the time is right we would not hesitate is choosing Urban & Rural again. Sharon

GoogleYears ago we bought our first house through Urban&Rural and it was such a smooth, stress-free first time purchase, thanks to Darren. 9 years forward, we needed to sell that house this year and I made the right decision to go back to them. Along the way, both Darren and Lesley have been great help. Looking after our sale, trying to get the best possible result for everybody. Amanda and Elicia were amazing with arranging the viewings while always respecting our house and our family commitments. I owe special thanks to Lesley for being there for us any time we needed her, keeping everybody informed at every stage. Selling and buying are both very stressful events in a person’s life, it makes a huge difference when you have a good professional companion with you.

They were brilliant through the whole process even pulling another buyer out of the hat when, under unfortunate, circumstances our buyers pulled out.

GoogleMy partner and I attended a few viewings with Urban and Rural during our property search, and all were really positive experiences. The agents were pleasant and helpful, and we would highly recommend as a whole. Since our offer was accepted on our new home, we had a lot of contact with Lesley Kehoe. Lesley has been absolutely amazing throughout, making the whole process seamless. She is extremely professional, gets things done and keeps you updated. Lesley is also very personable and she gets excited with you when you reach new milestones during the process - as a first time buyer this was extra special. Lesley is worth her weight in gold, and we are very pleased that we went on this journey with her!

TrustpilotThe Worst Estate Agents Ever. Horrible Customer Service
I used this company as I saw a few properties on Right Move I was interested in between September last year to Spring this year. The two estate agents in question is Iain and Katy Middlemas, they are both very unprofessional and punctuality is horrible to the point the owners had to show us around properties. One viewing arranged by Iain he forgot about it and when we telephoned him he had to rush over, and when he did turn up at the property he forgot all the paperwork and documents we asked for! They take weeks to get back to you on questions and take forever to get back to you after you have made an offer. I have also heard from my neighbours in the Milton Keynes area who tried to sell their house with Urban & Rural that they also had bad experiences with Iain and Katy Middlemas, they are both time wasters, poor with communication, lie and are very dishonest and never have your best interests in mind. I could go on about all the different situations I have experienced but I would be writing for days. Overall the worst estate agents I have ever come across but thankfully I have purchased with another estate agent. So do steer clear of this company if you are buying or selling!
