Could not fault our experience with Urban & Rural Ampthill so far AT ALL!! Amy has been absolutely incredible throughout our process so far of purchasing our first home & made the whole experience amazing for us, nothing has ever been too much! She understood this was our first time & didn’t know too much about the entire process so she’s been great with helping us out! Without her we would never have found what we believe is our ‘DREAM’ first house! We genuinely could not have asked for any more :)

These are by far the best estate agents in Ampthill they sold the family home for us very sympathetic to our needs. I would like to mention the two outstanding team members who made light work of our sale Paul Savage was just lovely and took the trouble to deal with the sale in a professional and empathetic way. Tracy Gibson was fantastic, part of the after sales team. I would not hesitate to use Urban & Rural again highly recommended!

10/10 across the board for my recent selling experience handled by Urban & Rural's outstanding Ampthill branch team. Their expert knowledge of the housing market and sound marketing advice ensured I swiftly achieved the full asking price and a smooth sale. I was kept up to date and felt that the agency were 'on the ball' throughout the entire sales process. Customer service was simply superb, 5 Star, nothing was too much trouble for them. A special shout-out to Paul Savage who went above and beyond when we lost our beloved Pug in the middle of the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Urban and Rural as first choice of Estate Agent to anyone thinking of selling their home in the Mid Beds Area.

I bought my first house through the Newport Pagnell branch about a month ago. Everyone in the estate agents was professional, kind and helpful. Peter was also amazing keeping me updated throughout the time and kept me up to date on what was on the market. I would definitely recommend this company if you are thinking of either buying or selling.

We had a very positive experience with Urban and Rural in Dunstable. Whilst we were let down by our first two buyers, they were extremely effective in finding new buyers. Moreover, compared to another estate agent who we were also listed with, their communication has been excellent throughout. They answer the phone and get back to you with information in a timely manner if they need to find something out. Jessica, our agent, has been outstanding.

From the moment of viewing the first house that was on the market with Urban & Rural, we put in an offer which was accepted. We then put our house on the market which we had valued by Christopher Camden from Urban & Rural Estate Agents. All of the guys at this Estate Agents were very professional, pleasant, helpful, kind and went over and above everything to get our purchase and sale through.
