GoogleThe team at Urban and Rural were great from start to finish. Cerys and Stephen both helped to make the buying process stress free, keeping me updated every step of the way. It took exactly 3 months from first viewing the property to moving in. I would definirely recommend Urban and Rural's services.

GoogleI had a viewing booked for a property with them and had a confirmation from them that it was booked. I drove 2 hours to get to the property for the viewing and then found out that the property had already been sold 3 days ago and taken off the market. This is extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this estate agent’s services, as if they are not professional enough to simply to notify someone that their viewing has been cancelled, I would imagine that there would also be a lot of other issues if you used their services.

Amy has been absolutely incredible throughout our process so far of purchasing our first home & made the whole experience amazing for us, nothing has ever been too much! She understood this was our first time & didn’t know too much about the entire process so she’s been great with helping us out!
