Thorgills have provided an excellent service to its clients! Clear information from the beginning about their Lettings procedure, including services they offer and fees Tenants were found in a timely manner, with ample time given to us as landlords to prepare. Did not have to prompt Thorgills with regards to references and paperwork- they have been very pro-active throughout the process, which has been smooth and an easy transition. Would highly recommend Thorgills! Thank you!!

Dear Sean, hope you’re really well. Just wanted to write you a quick email to say how wonderful my experience with Thorgills has been. I’ve got to say a massive thank you to Rachel Webb for chasing me up to get in contact with you. My cousins had rented a flat from Thorgills recently which Rachel was managing and they couldn’t sing her praises enough for being on it and so efficient. Therefore, I knew when I spoke to her and she said I should get in contact with you - it would be the best move. My dad remembers you and speaks very highly of you too. I have been extremely impressed by the team at Thorgills Brentford, led by Sean Barret. Not only did they proactively approach us about marketing our property, they made great efforts in the tenant search, showing more prospective tenants round the property than all the other agents combined, keeping us abreast of updates as and when they happened. This proactivity ultimately led to them sourcing our new tenants, which were exactly the sort of tenants we were hoping for. We are really impressed so far, and hope to continue to be delighted by Thorgills as we move through the tenancy contract with our new tenants......

Alice has worked with us to handle the admin for the rental of our property. She has done this quickly and efficiently, and Thorgills have taken just 4 weeks from appointing them to having a tenant move in. The only item we were unhappy about was the quality of the cleaning. We raised this with Alice and she addressed it to our satisfaction within 24 hours, which is a level of responsiveness that is hard to beat. In all respects we have been very pleased with the service Thorgills have provided, and would recommend them to both landlords and tenants. Andrew W

We are submitting this review now that our tenants are installed in the property and all Thorgills activities have been completed. We are renting out a property in London for the first time, though we rent out properties elsewhere. We decided to go with Thorgills as we felt that they had good experience in our locality (Chiswick-Hammersmith), and a very practical approach. We have been impressed with how quickly they have moved. It took just 4 weeks from appointing Thorgills to having tenants move in. The rent achieved is a good but fair market rent for the area. Our sense is that Thorgills have been very thorough with all the checks and admin processes., and found the right balance for both landlord and tenant.. Consequently, we would recommend Thorgills to both landlords and tenants. Andrew W

We have been very impressed with Thorgills. They are very professional, fair and efficient with good communication and very reasonable fees. They were able to deal with a very difficult situation in a way that took away all the stress from the landlord. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking for a different type of agency. We have been renting our two flats for 20 years now and have had some very negative situations regarding letting agents, but in the 8 years we have been with Thorgills, we have been very happy.
