The Trusted AgentProfessional and friendly service - Special Thanks to Alice Carrick, Tomek Cole and Leon Sood.
Overall I have had a very satisfying experience when I decided to rent my flat with Thorgills, Ealing Branch.
Leon Sood came to check and assess the property and he was very thorough, kind and clear in explaining the whole process to a first-time landlord like me.
Letting agent Tomek Cole took over and managed to rent my flat very quickly, finding an excellent tenant and helping out to ensure a smooth transaction in every way he could.
Last but in no way least I would like to provide feedback about Senior Client Support Consultant Alice Carrick. Alice had already been involved with the purchase of the property I am now renting out and therefore I was already aware of her professionalism, efficiency and ability to work remotely using technology such as electronic signing of documents and keeping the client informed at all times. Alice's help was also invaluable in terms of organising and providing extra services in record time - furniture, professional cleaning and inventory. The nature of my work means that some days I can't even answer the phone or check my emails and without the help and can-do attitude of the staff at Thorgills I wouldn't have been able to rent my property quickly and successfully.

The Trusted AgentQuick turnaround
I had been trying to rent out my apartment in Chiswick for over a month with a different agency. Once I got in touch with Thorgills, Regan McSweeny managed to rent it out in one day at a great price, and the whole process was very smooth.
Thanks!

The Trusted AgentVery clear and detailed in his knowledge
Simon was able to spend time with me to clearly explain how they operate, what services they could provide, and what I needed to do. He was always very polite, organised and helpful. They managed to find a tenant in record time, before the property was even marketed, and the tenant moved in less than a week after I first showed Simon the property.
The whole team worked well together, so well done!

The Trusted AgentExcellent, professional, determined
It was a pleasure working with Reg to secure the sale of my property. He was very committed and pursued the various enquiries with dogged determination. He always kept me up to date - even from his hospital bed! He was professional at all times. I would have no hestitation recommending Thorgills, and Reg in particular, to a prospective seller. He is a credit to your company.

The Trusted AgentMust improve communication
Leon has been professional, friendly and kind during our search for a property to rent and would recommend him. We were in a position where could be rejected for referencing but ready to make a decision in favour of one of the properties he presented. One of the reasons that stopped us was the promise for a call within the same day with further information and possible solutions to our problem, which unfortunately arrived three days later. We suggest him to improve this area and are sure that will get a well deserved five stars.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service throughout.
We were very impressed with Dannie Walton from the moment we met him through to exchange and completion. He aranged an open house and subsequent accompanied viewings and our property sold really quickly at the price we were hoping for despite the post Brexit slump. We had no issues at all thanks to Dannie and his commitment, customer service, knowledge and expertise. He really was absolutely fantastic in all aspects and made the process quick, easy and stress free.
He was always approachable, available and willing to help.
I would thoroughly recommend Dannie for his knowledge, experience, courtesy and commitment. We are overjoyed and wish Dannie every continued deserved success.

The Trusted AgentExtremely proactive and outstanding service
Having had several agents instructed and managing a Sales team in an Estate Agency in Kensington myself, I can firmly say that the service received from Thorgills has been second to none. Dannie and Reg are go-getters and never give up. They were 100% determined to sell our property and have successfully done so. In what I have known to be the toughest market, having worked in the industry for 5 years, they truly did an incredible job. The level of viewings, feedback and general service and friendliness received was superb. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough and particularly Dannie Walton and Ranjeev Bhanot.
