The Trusted AgentSuperb agent and a credit to the industry.
Tomek was extremely helpful and showed us a good range of properties in a very tight timescale. He listened to our needs and budget and was helpful and knowledgeable with the process. Tomek went over and above by advising us on the area and was prompt and courteous with any additional questions and queries. Thanks Tomek - couldn't have done it without you.

The Trusted AgentFantastic Service
Very friendly and helpful. They really go into all your needs, make everything sound interesting but not too pushy and tell you the negatives aswell if they think the property is not for you. Can only recommend to everyone. Well done and thanks to the whole team, especially Leon and Tomek.

The Trusted AgentAndre Ribeiro
Andre came across at first a bit serious but after few minutes of chatting to him I realised he is just being professional and that my impression was wrong. During home search time he made us feel that he is there for us and not reverse which I personally found very re-ensuring and friendly. What's most important he managed to get us a flat we put and offer for very smoothly. So far the best agent I came across while living and moving houses in London.

The Trusted AgentProfessional, Articulate
Nourhan has provided us with an excellent service. We explained to her our requirements and budget; she came back with options and ensured that a deal is concluded that is both fair to her landlord and us as tenants.

The Trusted AgentPlayed a big part in my sale
Reg worked tirelessly to do all he could to make sure my sale in Brentford went through - there were some difficult and tiresome issues to be dealt with and he continued to be focussed and helpful throughout. How he stayed so patient and positive was amazing!

The Trusted AgentLetting / managing agents who are always very willing to help
I have been pleased with the service I have received from Thorgills over the last year, and have always received prompt, helpful responses from Chantelle and other members of the Brentford office. If there was an area for Thorgills to focus on, it would be around the tracking of their contractor's work and timely billing for additional works, which have once or twice become a little confused. But what is clear is that when issues do arise, Thorgills will always do their best to get it resolved!

The Trusted AgentProperty search and securement
Myself and my husband were looking for a rental property in the area. We need to move quickly as our existing tenancy agreement is coming to an end shortly. We met with Jake Benson at the branch who, from my brief, had selected 3 properties according to our requirements and our budget. After the second viewing we made an offer on the property which has been accepted. Jake and the team have been extremely helpful in taking us through the proceure. They listened to our requests and adhered to our budget. We now look forward to moving into our new home.

Dannie was an exceptional estate agent to work with. Not only did he help us to sell our flat for our initial asking price, he also managed to help us sell our furniture. He went over and above his call of duty, and was easily contactable whenever we had any queries or concerns. Thanks Dannie.

As new residents of London, we were delighted to meet Leon, and have him assist us in finding a rental home. His friendly and professional manner immediately put us at ease in the midst of our cultural adjustment. We would recommend him highly to anyone needing help in finding a new home in the Ealing area.

The Trusted AgentGreat agent, who listens and tailors viewings accordingly
Leon was very well prepared for the round of viewings, knowing our requirements and based upon that put a tour with selection of apartments that suited our needs. He was very professional and friendly, great communicator. On that particular day we saw 7 different agents and Leon was by far the best one.
