Thorgills was absolutely fantastic to work with. The search for a flat was quite stressful given the short time in which to find one and Aaron was calm, patient and really thoughtful of the type of place I actually wanted to live in. I worked with a large number of agents in a period of 1.5 weeks and definitely did not see the same level of service. Thank you!

Thorgills achieved above asking price offer within 2 weeks of listing and throughout have provided a great post sales service to ensure sale runs smoothly (unlike previous experience with a certain online agent where after sales service nonexistent and after long time wasted failed to achieve exchange). In particular Laura has been wonderful and professional ensuring the sale runs successfully with regular updates and chasing all parties to make things happen in a timely way. A heartfelt thanks.

Leon and Alice and the whole Thorgill's have been effortlessly superb throughout the process to value, market, negotiate, let our flat as well as overseeing the move in of new tennants. Having been a central London based agent for over 10 years my expectations are high and they were met by Thorgill's in every respect. I highly recommend them in the Isleworth/Brentford and surrounding areas. The Brentford office were superb.

I had a very good experience searching for a property with Tomek Cole. He was the perfect balance between professional and friendly upon our first meeting, and he showed myself and my partner a very high quality selection of flats in a short space of time. He had listened to our requirements, and therefore was able to offer us a bespoke service. During the first viewing, we found the perfect flat. Tomek was very transparent and helpful when we wanted to make an offer on a property; he was available to speak to us both and ensured all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable before signing anything. He kept in touch regularly, keeping us up to date on the progress of our offer. Based on this experience, I would certainly use Thorgills again, but more importantly would be very happy to deal with Tomek again. Michael was extremely dedicated to making sure we found the perfect place for us, at no point did I feel pushed or feel like he was selling us something we didn't want. Rachel has been nothing short of world class in terms of managing the re letting of my flat. The last tenant left it in a terrible state, i was very upset as 9 months earlier the flat was in pristine condition. Together Rachel has managed to get the flat re decorated to a high standard, arranged delivery of new furniture needed as the last tenant stole and broke fixtures and furniture and always answers mails promptly and has kept me informed during the entire process. I let a number of properties and Rachel is truly the best person I've dealt with in over 12 years of letting.

The service from Chantelle has been good, and professional throughout. She has dealt well with some difficult tenants. Initially, there was a disconnect between the Ealing lettings branch and the Brentford management team- ie information that I'd originally provided to Ealing was not passed on to the management side and as the management team have never visited the flat they weren't aware of the property specifics e.g. which the allocated parking space was. Probably also worth noting that, when I instructed the Ealing meetings team, I wasn't actually told that they wouldn't also be managing it.
