GoogleLied to every step of the way! Tricked into signing a contract when the house had been flooded which thorgills new about! These people do no care about anyone but themselves and there own pocket and will say anything to get your money. DO. NOT USE THESE PEOPLE So called manager Alice Carrick would not even take my phone calls!!!

GoogleWhat can i say, from start to finish Thorgills were first class. Daniel valued my house on Monday and i had an offer which i accepted on Tuesday! From then on Alice ( my "go between myself , buyer and solicitors) was superb, keeping me upto date with everything and chasing any problems or delays. She is a real little Terrier! I certainly wouldnt mess with her! The whole process was relatively smooth and very professional. From the day i contacted them to the day we move into our new house in Devon soon has taken just 9 weeks! I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling, buying or renting a property. GoogleMy experience in dealing with Thorgills was, without a doubt, a good one. Haffeeza Rasheed, one of the consultants, was extremely helpful. She kept me up-to-date with every query, question and enquiry until the final signature on the contract for the property. She was calm, relaxed and positive throughout the whole process, especially when I thought we were not making headway. I would say that my journey was a very positive one and would recommend Thorgills if you are looking for a place to live.

GoogleCowboy outfit of the worst kind. A veneer of respectability underpinned by lies and deceit. Devoid of ethics with no interest in client or customer. The worst of the worst, doing whatever they could for their own financial gain at the expense of the landlord and the prospective tenants. Don't use them. Negative stars.

GoogleThe staff in the new Turnham Green Office were so welcoming when I popped in! Not only did they listen to all of my needs but they found me my perfect flat and personally delivered a bottle of champagne on moving day. Highly recommended!

GoogleAlice Carrik: Legal Support Alice picked up the legal support of the sale of my property once I had accepted the offer made. She has been an incredible support, keeping me up to date at all times concerning the status of the legal work being done by the solicitors representing both the purchaser and me, in an objective and professional manner. Where there have been challenges, she has doggedly stuck to her objective of ensuring nothing affects the progress of the sale adversely. I so appreciate all she has done and all she is doing.

GoogleMy experience with Thorgills Chiswick could not have been worse. For more than 3 weeks they've made me believe that my offer for rent of a property had been accepted until 4 days before checking in when they told me that I could not move in. I've ended discovering that the landlords had never accepted my offer. After this experience that have put a family of 4 in a difficult situation, I am now convinced this is not just incompetence, but these people are simply dishonest. Thorgills to me never again. My recommendation to anyone that will take the risk to go through their intermediation is to be very careful dealing with these guys, they are simply not trustworthy.

GoogleAs a business, dealt with Timour on a couple of occasions in the commercial sector and having dealt with numerous local estate agents over the years, Thorgills are probably one of the best Agents in Ealing in terms of transparency and professionalism. Would recommend highly and would definitely use again.

GoogleThe staff at Thorgills were all very helpful. The property in Chiswick was put on the market towards the end of September 2017. Within about 5 weeks a very acceptable offer had been made and the sale of the house was completed before the end of January 2018. Alice Carrick played a key role in liaising between myself and both the buyers and sellers solicitors. She kept me informed at each stage of the sale procedure in a very polite, helpful and efficient manner. Moreover, she sent gentle reminders to the solicitors which I am sure helped to speed up the procedure. Based on my recent experience with Thorgills, I would definitely use them again if the need arose and would certainly recommend them to a prospective seller.
