The Trusted AgentThorgills - professional estate agents
During the year-long sake of my house, Thorgills and their agents Dannie, Reg and Daniel have been brilliant in driving this along. Despite complications and the first sale falling through, the house was relisted and offers on the table in a few short weeks. I have been consistently impressed with their dedication in closing this out, and excellent communication keeping me in the loop.

The Trusted AgentGreat help
Thanks to Regan I have a place to live - I'm relocating with work in UK and finding a suitable and close to work property was madness! Properties are quickly gone, but Regan's good advices and agility help me secure the best property for me, which ticked actually all the boxes. I appreciate his willingness to find solutions (Face time video) and his availability for its customers! Anca

The Trusted AgentProfessional and efficient
We have been very impressed with Thorgills. They are very professional, fair and efficient with good communication and very reasonable fees. They were able to deal with a very difficult situation in a way that took away all the stress from the landlord. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking for a different type of agency. We have been renting our two flats for 20 years now and have had some very negative situations regarding letting agents, but in the 8 years we have been with Thorgills, we have been very happy.

The Trusted AgentTomek.Cole
Words cannot describe how thankful we are for his help. I'm moving to the uk from the U.S.A, and believe me it was not an easy task. Tomek was super helpful, he took the time to help us with our needs and found a place that fitted our budget perfectly. He was at the properties on time, and he was kind enough to show us with facetime. The process of relocating it is stressful he answered all our questions until we strike the perfect place not to far from my workplace. Please send my regards to his superiors, We look forward to shake the hand of the person who help us so much. Thanks, Johnny S.

The Trusted AgentDanny helped speed up the selling process
Danny Walton was proactive to ensure the sale of my flat was efficiently and quickly moved to completion . He actively resolved potential blocks that could have delayed the conveyancing - for example by liaising with a solicitor who was dealing with a delayted leace extention registration at the Land Registry. Danny was also polite and friendly in all my dealing with him and kept me positive about a successful outcome

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
We have been looking for a flat to rent for a couple of months and Tomek Cole helped us to find exactly what we were looking for and managed to find the price within our budget. He is a very nice and friendly person and would recomand him to anyone looking for a property.

The Trusted AgentRanjeev Bhanot
The exception to almost all male estate agents I've had dealings with. Ranjeev (Reg) listens, he doesn't make dumb small talk and he doesn't burp property cliches at you. He's all the more accomplished for his lack of patter. He seems to really care about what the house-hunter wants and his lack of pressure yet calm persistence in trying to find us what we want is really wonderful. I have recommended him to a number of friends already. I work in the media...a world of fake chatter and pretend connections...and I spot someone who is not authentic immediately. Reg is authentic, kind, knowledgable and utterly professional.

The Trusted AgentDannie Walton's excellent service helped seal our purchase
This was a first-time purchase, complicated by the fact that we got married and went on honeymoon part-way through the process! Dannie was excellent, chasing whenever was needed and giving us a lot of help and info throughout the process.

The Trusted AgentHelpful and friendly service - thank you Reg!
This was our first time buying and Reg played a big part in making it a very quick, easy and largely stress-free process. He was always in touch with updates, and quick to pick up the phone and chase people on our behalf - we really felt like he 'had our back' throughput our search and purchase. I would highly recommend working with Reg at the team at Thorgills. Everyone we met was friendly, honest and happy to help. Thanks for finding us our first flat Reg!

The Trusted AgentMiss Christina Balog
-Very good in terms of everything, the agents i worked with are incredible, they have checked up on me on daily basis to see whether i a) made my mind up about a property i viewed or b) if they found another property that is suitable for me and c) kept me updated with the whole process. I worked with 3 different branches , Brentford,Southall and Isleworth and they were all professional and very easy to get along with, they didnt push me or force me into anything i didnt like or had a bad feeling about, i was controlling the whole house hunt and they helped me along the way, there is nothing bad to say about them. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent customer service frm Simon and Tomek who's have an excellent experience. Thank you guys Christina

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
The service received from Thorgills and Reg (Rhanjeev) in particular was excellent. He was professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. We were keen to keep up the momentum on our property purchase and Reg did a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure that all the different stakeholders were headed in the right direction. Thank you!

Great management of our flat. From selecting trustworthy, professional tenants, to making sure the property was well maintained and rent was received on time. Always easy to contact, and would reply promptly.
