I been with thorgills during one year, i really love, they been always helpefull, my main contact was with Rachel Flynn, she was always prompt to asnwered, and helped me with everything. I will recomend Thorgills to everyone, i will continue with them if i can, but unfortunately for professionals reasons i have to move, but i really recomend. I had rented an apartment for me and my family with Thorgills, Brentford. The entire experience Thorgills Sales team followed by Customer Relations and Property Managers was exceptional and which helped us to finalize the property.. Tomek Cole from Sales showed us the properties and he knew exactly what we were looking for. He was transparent and honest which helped us to work with him for our selection though we were chased by other property dealers. There were iniitial hiccups with our request for beds which were fabulously managed by Fiona Duncan and her team. She did not leave any stone unturned to do the right thing and ensured we were comfortable with our choice of beds and went to the extent of replacing the beds till we were satisfied of our choice. Paris Kerrison was very thorough and transparent with the inventory check in and ensured that things were properly documented. Rachel Flynn, the property manager walked us through the property and the workings of the appliances. She was very prompt in answering the nitty gritty of things and interacted with the landlord to get us the answers back. I am extremely happy that Thorgills Brentford was the right choice for our property hunt.

Don't use this estate agent if you don't wish for your personal data to be passed onto complete strangers by mistake. Today I received a stranger's tenancy agreement complete with all her personal details and the personal details of her landlord. I seriously dread to think how they are storing and using my data. Who's hands have my personal details ended up in?!

I’ve got to say a massive thank you to Rachel Webb for chasing me up to get in contact with you. My cousins had rented a flat from Thorgills recently which Rachel was managing and they couldn’t sing her praises enough for being on it and so efficient. Therefore, I knew when I spoke to her and she said I should get in contact with you - it would be the best move. My dad remembers you and speaks very highly of you too. Having only met the staff from the Hammersmith branch briefly during a viewing, I can honestly say I have never met a more personable agent in Andrew - also the only agent to make a good conversation and be incredibly helpful with any silly questions I may have had. Probably the nicest agent I've ever met!

The Trusted AgentImpressive agents but slow to reference and finalise your offers
Very impressed with our agent, Karim, who had our offer accepted quickly and gave us all the information we needed and let us know the next steps. He was easy to get hold of and was happy to speak to us even out of hours. However, referencing staff were extremely slow and poor communicators which caused us a huge amount of stress and worry before our move. Poor service on their side of things certainly doesn't justify their hefty agency fees.

It was our first time dealing with Thorgills and it was an absolute breeze. I wish we had worked together sooner! The letting broker, Andrew Glowacki, was so friendly and professional.. I had regular updates and feedback from viewings and eventually an offer which was secured. Thorgills have been extremely efficient with their service. We will certainly continue working together for future lettings.

I have been extremely impressed by the team at Thorgills Brentford, led by Sean Barret. Not only did they proactively approach us about marketing our property, they made great efforts in the tenant search, showing more prospective tenants round the property than all the other agents combined, keeping us abreast of updates as and when they happened. This proactivity ultimately led to them sourcing our new tenants, which were exactly the sort of tenants we were hoping for. We are really impressed so far, and hope to continue to be delighted by Thorgills as we move through the tenancy contract with our new tenants......
