I was very happy with the service provided by Zak and the team. In particular, Karim. He understood our circumstances and ensured that prospective tenants met the profile we required. He was easy to contact if we needed to get hold of him and he was very proactive In providing viewing feedback and keeping us informed if progress generally. We ended up finding a tenant with an another agent but My husband and I both agreed it was a shame that Karim and Thorgills missed out - we would have preferred to have proceeded with you due to the great client service provided by Karim.

Thorgills have provided an excellent service to its clients! Clear information from the beginning about their Lettings procedure, including services they offer and fees Tenants were found in a timely manner, with ample time given to us as landlords to prepare. Did not have to prompt Thorgills with regards to references and paperwork- they have been very pro-active throughout the process, which has been smooth and an easy transition. Would highly recommend Thorgills! Thank you!!

The whole experience from beginning to end has been exceptional from both Dannie and Reg: The two of them get the right balance between a professional and friendly personal approach. They always follow-up with detailed feedback after every viewing, gave sound advice and represented me and my property with utmost integrity. I instructed a number of other agents, who were in all honesty very poor and struggled to get viewings. However, Dannie & Reg were relentless in ensuring consistent viewings on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Thorgills as an agency, and Dannie & Reg as agents.

Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry you feel this way. May I point out that you had signed a reservation fee letter which clearly outlines that should you withdraw your offer after acceptance you would lose your holding deposit. The property had been taken off the market and referencing had already started, we have spoken to the landlord however and have reached an agreement which we hope you find acceptable, we will be in touch with you to discuss this.

I found Tomek to be incredibly professional, welcoming and a head above all other agents that I met. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the right property for me with Thorgills but this was not a reflection of Tomek in any way. I would have loved to have signed and agreed a tenancy with Tomeks assistance and I truly felt comfortable and at ease with him during our communication and viewings. I would really like to say the biggest THANK YOU to Tomek and I will be recommending him in the future.

We are not exaggerating when we state that Nathan has been one of the best agent we ever dealt with (and we moved around quite a lot!). In a nutshell we owe Nathan at least a drink! Nathan has been Incredibly understanding, available, friendly and professional. He showed us many very nice and suitable flat, in budget and always incredibly close to our requirements. It has been only unlucky that we could not close the deal with him because at the end we decided to move in a different area. Thank you Nathan for all your efforts!

The Trusted AgentTypical estate agent wanting money for old hat (nothing)
It's worth considering using an estate agent with more appropriate fees. To renew our contract it costs £180, an extortionate fee in which virtually no work is done by Thorgills. To add insult they didn't even provide good service as they initially wrote my name as "Thomas Cook". I presume the agent was thinking about spending the £180 on a holiday.

Hello Tom, Thank you for your feedback. As you know, the charges for the renewal of a tenancy are clearly stated within the tenancy agreement you signed. There is significant work involved in the process of a renewal which includes re-lodging deposits, agreeing any new terms, producing new tenancy agreements and of course, the cost of a renewals consultant. I do however apologise for the error with your name, even award winning agents make mistakes sometimes. :)

My girlfriend and I were looking to rent a 1 bed flat in Brentford, Isleworth or Chiswick. We got in contact with Anthony and he directed us to a couple of flats. 34 Stile Hall Mansion was a great flat but initially over budget. Anthony indicated that this could be negotiated down and invited us to view the flat. He gave a great viewing, was very friendly and answered all of our questions in full. Anthony was always clear in what he was telling us and the next steps required were easy to understand. My partner and I agreed that this has been the best service we have received from a lettings agent throughout our letting history. Up to our current stage of the proposed tenancy, which is the referencing stage, we are yet to find fault with the service provided by Thorgills.
