FacebookDisgusting company. Takes the sides of landlords when tenancy has ended. They hold on to deposits for weeks with no good reason. They lie about if they are in the office to avoid phone calls. DO NOT use this company if you want your deposit back. Hiding behind nonsense “legalities” in order to deflect the blame from the fact they don’t want to give you your money back. HORRENDOUS.

FacebookProfessional, efficient and a rare find in what can be an industry with sub standards. Thomas Morris set the bar in my opinion, high and never anything less. I would and do recommend them to all my friends and family, the entire team will go above and beyond to help, support and communicate with you.Friendly and professional, nothing is to much trouble. A team that really cares and treats all customers as individuals rather than a number. Would never go anywhere else.Zoey

FacebookWe dealt with the team at Thomas Morris St Ives when we sold our house and purchased another property they were selling, all the team at this branch are outstanding, they guided us through the process with ease, they are so helpful and very professional, we are actually moving again but with a P/X and even though we can't deal with them this time as we have to go through the builders choices they still have been able to give us good advice and guide us in the right direction. You could not ask anymore from this team.I would not hesitate to recommend these people to anyone.Thankyou Thomas Morris Team.

GoogleI have had Thomas Morris as a letting agent for a little over 18 months and I would not recommend anyone rent a property managed by Thomas Morris. I was left with intermittent heating for 2 months with absolutely no heating for about 2 weeks. During this time the temperature in the bedroom dropped to 9 Celsius. I was not offered any compensation or any way to alleviate the problem (i.e. electric heater). Thomas Morris have also lost the management keys which meant I had to take time off work to let a contractor into the property. The property inspections are much more intrusive than any other letting agent I have dealt with. Upon moving out of the property I attended a pre-vacating meeting with their property inspector (which I had to take time off work to attend) which was meant to raise any issues that may need attention to allow for an easier final inspection. Several issues were then highlighted on the final inspection that were not mentioned at the pre-vacating meeting. I am glad to be out of the property and not have to deal with Thomas Morris again.

GoogleWe had been thinking of moving for a while and initially instructed Tepilo to list our property which turned out to be a monumental error of judgement! Thankfully, Thomas Morris came to the rescue and worked closely with us, not only in selling our property inside 4 weeks, but also finding and securing our dream home. The staff are all very driven and experienced and genuinely do their best to help make the difference. In particular, it was Katy's cool head which helped us secure our move. Justyna has also been a great support in helping us to plan the finances. In truth, everyone at the branch has been wonderful. I really can't recommend them highly enough and, should we ever move again, we wouldn't think twice in using them again. When considering the results, the fees represent good value for money. I would never ever recommend Purple Bricks or Tepilo to anyone based on my experience. A good local agent like Thomas Morris makes all the difference and removes all the associated stress.
