Thomas Morris have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very first visit by Dominique through to completion of our house sale. A special thank you to Charlotte who has the patience of a saint and clearly cares about her clients. Charlotte’s communication with us throughout the process was second to none and her calming nature really helped during stressful moments, always there to support. Charlotte is nothing but a star!!! And a real asset to Thomas Morris. Finally, a special mention to Evan who in Charlotte’s absence was always willing to help and answer any questions I had. I know Thomas Morris are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, they are no doubt worth every penny!!!!

We are in the process of buying a property with Thomas Morris, and everyone has been both helpful and delightful so far! In particular Evan, who booked our first appointment and provided us with lots of information, and of course Charlotte, who has been showing us the property and handling the sale. She’s both extremely professional, personable, and so efficient, without ever feeling pushy. During both viewings, she was able to provide us with all of the details we could want, and we feel so much safer proceeding with the acquisition having her looking after us. We strongly recommend her! Edit after completing on the house: our opinion of Charlotte, who has been handling the communication between the sellers and us, had absolutely not changed. She has been a star throughout the whole process, making sure the solicitors on both sides were moving things along, and helping us understand the house buying process. We’d recommend her and the Thomas Morris team in a heartbeat.

Michael and Goldschmidt have been extremely helpful, friendly and pro/(re)active in the process of selling our flat. The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. - I am absolutely furious with Feefo and how they handle customer reviews. This happened after my experience at the Currys store in Wembley Park (Stadium Retail Park, HA9 8TS), where I had very poor service and was repeatedly ignored when asking for help while buying two phones. - I submitted a completely honest review about what happened, but Feefo rejected it with vague excuses like “litigious or safety comments” and “wrong section.” There was nothing unlawful in my review, I was simply sharing my real experience as a customer. - Instead of allowing transparency, Feefo seems to be blocking negative feedback and protecting companies. This completely defeats the purpose of a review platform. Customers should be able to share their genuine experiences without being censored. - If reviews like mine are rejected, how can anyone trust the ratings on this platform? It raises serious concerns about fairness and credibility. - Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not trust Feefo as a reliable review platform.

We brought our first home through Josh, he was so helpful throughout our journey. He was available for additional viewings out of hours and at weekends. He was responsive to any queries we had and we never waited longer then an hour for a WhatsApp message back. and was always available for a quick call. He would frequently check in with us and the seller to see where we were at with solicitors and even chased the solicitors on our behalf multiple times to ensure a smooth and quick process. I had my first Thomas Morris experience viewing houses in Cambridge. Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed. Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!) I’ve been renting through M&M for nearly a year, though my search had begun sooner than that. I was a bit nervous at first due to horror stories I’ve heard about other letting agents, but to me they remain as just that - stories. I originally got the recommendation from my mum who bought a house through the agency. It is tough to find a place as a young first time renter, but thanks to Daniel, who has since left, I managed to move into my flat. The team at M&M are a very hard working, patient bunch and I’ve never had any sort of negative experience.
