Can I just say how great Thomas Morris Biggleswade have been in helping me with this sale? This was from the minute I put my house on the market with them until the exchange of contracts. I would like to emphasise how wonderful the communication and support has been in particular. I just felt like the whole team at the office were on my side to make this sale happen. The Agent was very prompt for the visit, professional, took her time to listen patiently to my needs and was very friendly. She gave a clear and detailed explanation of how she arrived at her evaluation with lots of examples of similar properties sold within my estate. Most of all she respected my space and was very complimentary of my house and encouraging. Its good to know TM are still as valuable and professional as they were when we purchased the property from them 24yrs ago. We'll done.

Karla Marwood was the assigned agent to the case I was handling in a chain that had to complete before the 31st March, for the stamp duty deadline. We had been ready at the beginning of March but elsewhere in the chain there was a delay. Karla's persistence in chasing and providing accurate and timely updates was key to the completion of this chain. I had never worked with Karla or the estate agents before but my clients and I are very thankful we had Karla and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
