I visited the office this afternoon without an appointment and was extremely impressed by the warm welcome and genuinely helpful advice I received. I was greeted immediately by Jenny, the Assistant Branch Manager, who offered me a seat and took a generous amount of time to discuss my requirements in detail. Following our meeting, Jenny promptly sent a follow-up email with a comprehensive and professionally prepared comparables report, clearly explaining the current market value of my property. This was supported by solid evidence of similar properties recently sold on the open market, rather than an optimistic estimate unsupported by facts. It was truly refreshing to experience such friendly, courteous, and professional service, something I had assumed was a thing of the past.

We looked round a property with Thomas Morris and then, later, had a valuation with them. We felt that the agent who showed us around the property was knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't rush us and we left feeling positive. When we had our valuation, the agent was very respectful of our property. Again, we didn't feel rushed and it was clear that she had spoken about us to the previous agent who'd shown us around the other property. We had valuations with other companies but Thomas Morris seemed more professional (just in little ways: they measured each room, had a research pack on an iPad to show us and had prepared a document on our property). Finally, we just felt like we just clicked with the agent. She was very friendly and chatty and it felt like someone touting for business than the other agents.

From the start the ladies I have dealt with have been brilliant, I have registered with quite a few agents but India and Jen have by far been the best. India took our details and made it a nice and easy experience without any pressure which I had from others and it felt like I knew her. Then on Saturday we viewed the property with Jen, her knowledge of the area and property really showed. Even though we haven’t brought a property through them I hope we do as I know we would be in safe hands.

We have recently purchased our first home from Thomas Morris and cannot recommend them highly enough. We viewed a house that we liked but couldn't could put a high enough offer down and then when a similar house came back to the market, Thomas Morris remembered us and advised that we come and view it. It was the perfect house for us and we would never have gotten it without their assistance. Throughout the buying process they gave us frequent updates, always answered our questions promptly and always treated us feel like real people, and not just a sale to be made. Special shout out to India who was our main contact and was always lovely and helpful :-)
