GoogleWe used Thomas Morris to sell our house recently & they were brilliant from start to finish! After a rough experience with a previous agency we couldn’t have been in better hands than with these guys. Jen and Evan made sure we were up to date at all times, taking all steps we needed to and it was an added bonus that they’re both lovely people. Shout out to India too who managed to sell our house during her first weeks at TM! It can be the case that you feel you’re being ‘sold to’ with an estate agent- this wasn’t the case with Jen & Evan and they were both more than happy to answer any questions without hesitation or judgement. GoogleWe sold our property with Thomas Morris and we couldn't fault their service. Daniel was friendly and we felt he really understood our property and how to market it well. He achieved our asking price just a few days after the house going on the market, which we were really pleased with. We had two other agents value the house who wanted to put it up for between 15 and 30k less than Daniel got for us, so we were very pleased. Jon and Jen then took over the sale and helped us push things forward despite having quite difficult buyers. Without Jon's help and back and forth between us and the buyers I don't think we would have met our deadline for moving. All the team are friendly and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else selling.

GoogleWe chose Thomas Morris in Biggleswade to market our property when we decided to sell and relocate. We really liked their professional, friendly and helpful approach. Although it was a testing time in the housing market and difficult at times, they always kept us well informed and promoted the property well with good viewing results, achieving a fair sale price and with reasonable fees. We also used them previously and would highly recommend them . Ryan , Daniel , Jen and the team made great efforts to assist and were always available to discuss any issues we had. We had weekly (sometimes daily) updates whenever there was a change or movement in our chain and Erin even helped secure extra surveys and quotes on the house for us. Karla was very attentive and went out of her way to provide useful information, and the entire team are friendly and approachable. As first time buyers, the process was initially all a bit daunting but Karla was so quick to answer all our silly questions and explained things in a way we could understand. We are thrilled with how smoothly and quickly thing moved and we were kept well informed from the moment we started viewing houses to completion.
