We have used Thomas Morris as letting agents for the past 5 years and found them to be most helpful and efficient and above all highly professional. So when it came time to sell our house in St Ives we decided to also use them as our selling agent. Again we have not been disappointed in their professionalism and effective approach.

I have been dealing with Becky lately within the letting of 10 or 11 void properties that my client wanted re-letting in the Wyton area. I work for a Property Management company who has a company landlord as a client. Since day one Becky and the whole team have been so efficient in getting the properties re marketed and re let. They always no what is happening with the properties when calling for updates and any requests are done with no hassle at all. Their knowledge of the area and getting viewings booked in was very impressive and would be more than happy to use them again in the future

We received such a positive experience when using Thomas Morris for purchasing our new property. I was set on buying a new build until Katy Poore encouraged me to look at some other houses on the market. This was when I found the perfect house and we have settled into so quickly. They took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted and I couldn't be more impressed by the staff. From our initial mortgage appointment, through to exchange and completion, we was notified at every step. I would highly recommend Thomas Morris Estate Agents and encourage others to listen to their advice.Thank you for everything you did for us. Should the time arise for another move we will 100% market our property with them and purchase another property with them also.

I sold my flat through Thomas Morris and also bought my new house as well. The sale went through ever so quickly and the process of valuation, having the listing added and arranging viewings was very easy. Everyone there was very helpful and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Thomas Morris!

As someone who is not a fan of moving house or estate agents as a rule, I was very happy to be pleasantly surprised by such a professional and friendly service throughout the whole process (and not just the sales bit at the beginning). Cannot fault our experience with In House. We are first time buyers and had heard so many horror stories about terrible estate agents but Ryan has been great. Friendly, informative, always answered our silly questions and always answered them promptly! Fingers crossed we wont be buying again for a while but if/when we do Id use these guys in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Dawn and In House regarding the letting of our rental property. We previously managed it ourselves but decided to let In House take over as they promised 'hassle-free letting'! We were kept up to date with every step of the process.The photos and spec details were excellent and the checking and selecting of the new tenants was meticulous. Everything went very smoothly.
