GooglePoor experience. Buyers count too! You need to be a little wary about misrepresentation when a property marketed as 'chain free - vendor going into rented' suddenly changes into 'they have changed their mind & now need to find a property' as you provide proof of funds after having an offer (above asking) accepted. I hope this isn't a common scenario but post my review in case others are experiencing similar. The agent apologised nicely explained they can only act on the instruction of their 'clients' but as a potential buyer I certainly feel like a customer funding the operation so I expect a better service experience than this.
