GoogleMy experience of estate agents hasn't always been great with them tending to over promise and under deliver. The typical approach of assuring you that they will sell the house at an agreed price but then a few weeks later suggesting that you then drop the price to achieve a sale seems all too familiar. This was certainly not the case with Thomas Morris, St Ives. They were very much more straight talking, giving a realistic view of the current market and then delivering the service they promised. The staff appeared young and yet clearly knew their business well. TM also made you feel that they genuinely had your best interests at heart and were not just interested in getting their commission. If you are thinking of putting your property on the market, I would certainly recommend them. Thank you TM.

We feel it necessary to point out that we have never had a client or any dealings with a "Maddy White", neither had any complaints about "poor service". Therefore this is more likely to be a jealous competitor lowering our ratings … More

GoogleThese guys are a breath of fresh air to deal with, no pretentious nonsense and dishonesty that we experienced from so many other agents. GoogleExcellent service from all at Bournville office throughout sale and purchase. The predicted sale value for our property was spot on. We were kept informed of all movement on sale and purchase throughout the process and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. GoogleRachel and the team were great, they kept us informed throughout the process and Karen kept on top of all of the solicitors. Oulsnams definitely have the leading market share in bournville. Highly recommend.
