I rented a property through Arden for over four years and can highly recommend them. Any issues I experienced in the flat were always dealt with promptly and professionally. All flat inspections and maintenance visits were announced well in advance, and whenever a scheduled date was not suitable for me, there was never any problem rescheduling. Throughout my tenancy, the agency was reliable, organised, and easy to communicate with, which made renting through them a very positive experience. Morag was my first point of contact within the Arden team. Every time we met or spoke, she was always friendly, approachable, and professional. We shared many pleasant conversations and often had a good laugh together. Whenever I contacted Morag, she handled all requests efficiently and explained every process clearly in advance. There were never any delays in our correspondence, and I always felt well taken care of throughout my tenancy.

Fantastic experience selling my mum’s property with Neilsons. From the initial consultation with Lewis, through to Eve managing the marketing, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Robyn did a great job with the photography, and the admin team were always helpful when arranging viewing appointments. A special mention to our sales negotiator, Rhonda, who kept us regularly updated, shared feedback from viewings, and clearly explained what to expect as we approached the closing date. Very pleased with Neilsons, they have made the process of selling our flat quite a smooth one and they're always available when you need them. They have a well oiled machine and you feel in good hands with them. Their photography service is superb, and they give you lots of advice, I think it makes a big difference. Special thanks to Kirsten Olverman, she helped us make a tough choice at a very stressful time, but her experience gave us the confidence that it was the right choice, and we're happy with the end result! The rest of the team has been fantastic too (special mention to Diane Yates in conveyancing, we'll leave a separate review at a later time for that part of the process 😊). We sold our flat in under 14 days (12 to be precise) and they were right with their pricing predictions. We had considered other estate agents that were "cheaper" or claimed to sell more properties than anyone else, but our gut told us to go with Neilsons and we don't regret our final choice. Totally recommend them!

We’ve been living in the property managed by Arden for almost 7 years and only had positive interactions with the agency! Whenever we’ve had (the occasional) issues, they did their very best to remedy it in a timely manner. It is clear that they have their clients’ best interest and always look to keep their tenants happy. Their friendly staff and professional sub-contractors have made our home-living lives stress-free, as we can always count on Arden to fix any problems that may arise, day or night. We will be forever grateful for them negotiating with our landlord to freeze and discount our rent for a few months during the incredibly difficult time of the pandemic back in 2020. For us it meant the world! In the 7 years we’ve been living in the Arden managed property, Malcolm Brown has been kind of like our ‘own agent’. It’s really wonderful that we have a personal agent, as they get to know you on a personal level and really understand your needs. From the very beginning, Malcolm has been very friendly, approachable and kind. All throughout our renting process and tenancy he’s been incredibly helpful and made the whole process very smooth and clear. Malcolm is always very polite, professional and respectful and responds to emails promptly.
