GoogleWe sold my mother’s house through this firm. As a house on an eco-estate which we weren’t very familiar with, it was good to have their specialist knowledge and experience to lean on at times. Very professional and courteous and all the things you’d expect, but that little bit of extra know-how was really useful when we really needed it.

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Thomas Merrifield and have been very pleased with the service from start to finish. The whole process has been dealt with professionally and I have been communicated with very promptly throughout. The team have helped deal with any last minute hurdles leading up to exchange and have always been very helpful and supportive. This was not an easy sale to progress, Graeme was spinning lots of plates, in a difficult chain, including keeping me up to date with information as and when I needed it. When i had questions about the process he was patient in explaining things to me. His communication via phone, voice mail and email has been first class. I would recommend Graeme Pierce and his team at Thomas Merrifield without a doubt. 100% first class service.
