GoogleThe team sold our house quickly. They were professional and helpful. Our Move Manager Cat was fabulous throughout the process. Having her to touch base with made the experience a lot easier and less stressful, and she always replied swiftly and was on the end of the phone.

GoogleWe’ve recently sold our house with Personal Agent. From the first point of contact to completion they have been outstanding in every respect, and worth every penny in my opinion. Richard visited us one evening, offered us our valuation and is obviously very experienced in the Epsom market place. We received an asking price offer within a week of going on the market, and higher than we were expecting. Chris and Sarah progressed our sale proactively and faultlessly in a very difficult time during lockdown, with great communication along the way, always returning phone calls and were a great help in the process, outdoing themselves. I have no doubt that the sale would have taken a lot longer and we wouldn’t have got the price we did without their help. GoogleWhen marketing a relative’s property for sale, I was massively disappointed with the poor level of service Estate Agents that I perceived to be the best in the area offered. So when I instructed The Personal Agent it was more in hope than expectation. However, their service was second to none whilst Cat Mahoney, the Sales Support Manager was the major reason the sale completed with her tenacity, her patience & her persistence in dealing with all parts of the property chain. Having worked within the Financial Services Division of one of London’s premier Estate Agencies for over 20 years, The Personal Agent demonstrates a similar professionalism in Estate Agency to that that I have experienced over this time. I implore everyone to instruct The Personal Agent should you require a first class estate agency experience around the Epsom, Stoneleigh, Ewell & Banstead areas.

GoogleThese guys do get great reviews, but from our perspective as SELLERS I would advise a little caution, and definitely get multiple valuations. (By the way, we have bought through them in the past, and they were very good.) Their valuation felt on the low side, but we were assured that if the house was on the market for longer than a week, it was overpriced. We went with another agent, and our house (within a week) sold for £30K more than what the Personal Agent had valued it at. And maybe it's common practise amongst estate agents, but I didn't like being chased up by the Personal Agent, after our house was already practically sold with the other agent, to encourage us to break contract and go back with them, as they had loads of buyers on their books. Errr, no thanks guys!

GoogleI recently purchased a house through The Personal Agent Banstead and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My main contact was John Ralph who was excellent (+ Tom Iddenden) who kept me informed throughout the whole process. There were a few bumps in the buying process along the way (as always) but they were dealt with in a professional manner by John & team. If/when I come to sell I will be using the Personal Agent in future.

We were very disappointed the way we were treated, At a time I got tired of looking for a house through letting agents. The opportunity came for me to meet , The personal Agent , from the handshake I felt something different I knew something good was going come out of it. which I never felt from the previous letting agents. GoogleWe received a fantastic service from The Personal Agent during the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. We had been with another agent beforehand who were useless meaning it was breath of fresh air switching to these guys. Sue from Sales was fantastic in pushing our property onwards as well communicating frequently with us before and after viewings. She has real passion for selling properties and we felt confident having her on our side. Once under offer, Sarah from sales progression was also brilliant and pushed our sale on as much as possible. All our calls were answered promptly and voicemail returned within an hour or two. No complaints and highly recommended.

Google5⭐ for The Personal Agent in Epsom. We have had a difficult sale of our property using another agent hut everyone has been so patient and understanding. We bought through The Personal Agent, Joe and Grace were fantastic. Kept in constant contact and updated us when needed. Sarah in sales progression was brilliant, communicated well and regularly. All staff were friendly, professional and trust worthy. They could be contacted at most times and would always reply or call back when they were not. We have finally exchanged and now can't wait to enjoy our new house. Thank you Personal Agent for help finding our perfect home.

GoogleAfter having a bad time with another estate agents I switched to The Personal Agent Stoneleigh. I would like to thank Paul Davis. I cannot fault the service I have received. My house was under offer after one viewing and is now STC and I am purchasing my new home through the Epsom branch. It is a very strange time to be trying to sell or buy but Paul has kept me informed at all stages of negotiations. I would not hesitate to recommend The Personal Agent Stoneleigh and particularly Paul.

GoogleI wouldn't recommend. I drove an hour to meet with them and they had not prepared the correct documentation in advance. Messed me about really and I got the impression that they didn't seem to actually want to sell the property.
