I dealt with Rosie and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Very organised, great communication and also, very friendly. 100% recommend.

We interacted with Adam and Chris on arranging a viewing of a house at a convenient time, making an offer and then having that offer accepted and having guidance on the next steps after that. Both Adam and Chris were extremely helpful, very clear on communication, and timely, not leaving us in the unknown at any moment of time. I particularly appreciated Adam’s call before end of a working day to give me an update on where we were. Thank you guys, you are stars!

Met with Rosie today for a viewing at a lovely period apartment in Epsom. Went great, she was very professional and informative with a wealth of knowledge about the property, development and local areas. I would definitely recommend her services and the agent she works with! Thanks again 😊 …

Thank you Samantha at the Banstead branch!

Having been searching for a property some time, I've spoken with Samantha Voller at the Banstead branch of The Personal Agent a handful of times and she has always been incredibly patient and more happy to help. Recently, Samantha has gone above and beyond to provide assistance with a property and I'm so pleased that she was our key contact on this occasion. She is responsive and proactive, and has been a delight to deal with on our property purchase so far. Thank you Samantha!

Samantha

Samantha, helped us greatly by finding a buyer very quickly and her smiling and charming personality was a joy when we had a very frustrating time during the completion process which had a number fo 'hiccups' caused by the other parties involved!
