We've lived in a rented property managed by the Personal Agent for the past three years. Not many repairs have been needed but every single time I've called or emailed the Epsom office, Michelle - our property manager has sorted the issue straight away. Last year the boiler broke down and she sent an engineer out the same day. This was really appreciated as we have a 5 year old and I can't imagine how awful it would have been if we'd had to wait till the next day.We're really pleased and would like to say a big thank you!

We have been renting with the personal agent for about 2 and half years and they have been a great estate agent . Michelle Hobbs is managing our flat and she has been fantastic at arranging paper work we need and if we have anything that needs fixing in the flat she responds promptly and arranges someone to come out . The personal agent team are friendly and I would recommend their services .

Had such a pleasant experience working with Connor and the team. Helpful at every step of the way and were able to answer my questions swiftly and confidently. They also put me in touch with the landlord who is really quite lovely! Compared to other letting agencies in the area (and I was in touch with basically all of them), they're above the rest. The only bit of information I wish I could have been able to achieve was the flat dimensions from when I was ordering furniture. Apart from that, gold stars all around.

During a particularly problematic and stressful house purchase Tom's communication and willingness to help was so appreciated. Ewell Branch - So Friendly, helpful and Professional.Both Dan and Charlotte have gone totally above and beyond for me whilst I am selling my late mums property. They have been there every step of the way, which has made this whole horrible process so much easier to bear. Due to their close proximity to the house they have enabled access to workmen, sort out problems and kept a general eye on everything for me, which gives me total peace and mind due to my location being over 30-miles away.If you want a true "Personal" approach to selling your property or buying from them then I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending the Personal Agents.
