all the staff at personal agent are highly professional, very helpful all the way through, from initial valuation to arrange professional photographer and making video to put our house on market. we were very pleased. They are working extremely hard, get people viewing even after 6pm and Saturdays. Thanks for George and Tom are so enthusiastic and professional. We dealt with them for a purchase and they have been beyond disgraceful during the entire process. They failed to highlight any deadlines for completion when the offer was made and instead hoped that it would go unnoticed/uncontested by slipping it into the memorandum of sale.Agreeing a completion date without consulting all parties is highly unprofessional, especially considering that completion dates are not to be decided until the point of exchange and especially if you or your team plan to use this in an attempt to bully your buyers into agreeing to terms that ultimately suit your needs. It would be useful to invest some resources into better training your staff. Sarah Goddard's behaviour in particular towards us throughout the purchase has been bordering on harassment. Her aggressive tactics and inability to stick to one script when it comes to deadlines for a deal has left a foul taste in our mouths and I will not be recommending her or your branch to anyone I know.Lastly, I highly recommend that you remind yourself and your staff that without a buyer, you would not make your commissions. Attempts to bully and threaten them into early completion saying that the property will be put back on the market, especially with first time buyers, hoping that they might not know better, is really distasteful behaviour.
Naturally we were extremely concerned to read your comments and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you. As anyone can see from our previous feedback this is not typical of the service we provide and have never received such damming comments before. If you would like to provide your name or the property transaction, then I can look into this further. All our transactions carry full notes of all conversations that are date and time stamped, furthermore our calls are recorded so any complaints can be thoroughly looked into. Unfortunately as we have received no letter of complaint from you or any seller recently, I am limited to how I can respond. Personal agent were brilliant from start to finish. Fantastic photos taken and my house sold within 3 weeks. Lots of viewings arranged and undertaken by Charlotte and Daniel. After sales service was also brilliant - much needed when chasing up slow conveyancers. Cat was always so helpful and instrumental to getting through to exchange - chasing responses to enquiries and keeping me updated.Just 3 months since putting my house on the market and 2 months since offering on my new house I’m about to move! I highly recommend Personal Agent to anyone thinking of moving.

Sold our home in about a week or so after signing the contract with them. The sales progressor was great and really supported us through the process in some frustrating circumstances.

GoogleI can’t sing the praises of Tom and Chris at The Personal Agent enough. We viewed a property with them before we decided to sell with them and they were the only agent who showed up on time and was friendly and didn’t treat us as other agents had (like we were too young to have a clue). We then got various valuations for our home and TPA came the same day we enquired- again on time which seems to be an issue with other agents. They gave us a realistic valuation and weren’t patronising at all in their assessment. Once we chose to go with them a photography team came, such lovely people who were efficient and respectful and produced fantastic images and video which I’m sure is what helped to sell the property. The morning after we went on Rightmove we had viewing requests which quickly stacked up. We ended up blocking them all in to a Saturday and five days from advertising our home we had the offer we wanted! In the meantime we had our eye on a home that ticked most of our boxes but TPA went above and beyond and got in touch about a property that may suit us which hadn’t gone to market yet. We was able to view it before it was advertised and have had an offer accepted on it shortly after. It’s so refreshing to work with a team of young agents who know what they’re doing and look out for your best interests. I can’t reccomend them enough.

GoogleI’ve recently been involved with The Personal Agent in the sale of two properties. After hearing horror stories from friends of mine who used other agents, (especially the ‘on line’ agents) I was looking for an agent who I could trust with the sale of the most important assets in my life. I was recommended to use The Personal Agent and am so glad I did. They didn’t promise to get me the earth for my property, nor did they offer to work for peanuts. I’ve heard of agents who do both just to get your business. What they offered was an honest, professional service from 4 local offices with enthusiastic staff. I have to say they delivered on their promise 100%. There were a few problems along the way, (there always are), but I was made aware of these as they happened and felt comfortable that Tom and his team were fully on top of them as they occurred. Due to the regular updates throughout the transactions I was able to plan my life and have an approximate idea of when each sale would complete. Something that my friends never received from other agents!! We all know the general reputation of estate agents is not good but I can honestly say that The Personal Agent do not fall into that category and strive to provide a perfect customer experience. I can only thank them for their service and have already recommended a couple of friends of mine to use their services. Great job!!
