GoogleMy parents have just bought through PA Banstead and Tom has been a breath of fresh air. A cut above our own agent who we used to sell their own house in London. First class service and my parents are now looking forward to settling down for their retirement years in Tadworth.

GoogleThe Personal agent in Stoneleigh have been amazing and outstanding. Once we had appointing them we had 6 viewings before the house was officially on the Market and accepted an offer 1 week later. Everyone was very professional and friendly specially John & Andrew. I couldn't recommend The Personal Agent enough. From walking in off the street after being let down by another agent for a viewing, The Personal Agent went above and beyond to find me my ideal property. In particular, Miss Jackson went and has gone the extra mile for me, finding multiple viewings at short notice and working with me through every step of the process to get the desired outcome. Was always contactable and forthcoming with advice and information when needed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both the firm and Miss Jackson to anyone looking to move. And when I move again, they will be my first point of call above all others.

I bought my house through Personal Agent after a recommendation from a friend. The service has been excellent in what was a complicated procedure. However everyone was really professional particularly Sarah Goddard. She liaised constantly with all of the chain and was instrumental in achieving exchange. The solicitors that Personal Agent recommended were also extremely efficient and friendly. They kept in constant contact and therefore I would also recommend Oakleybennett to anyone moving house. I am so happy to be on my way next Thursday.

The other day I went Into the personal agent to enquire about how moving house in this pandemic would work as I felt very anxious about the current situation. I was made to feel at ease and was reassured everything would be strait forward and that I would be supported through the change. GoogleWe originally went on the market with another agent that promised the world and didn’t deliver. The personal agent were far more honest with their advice and really did deliver on viewings, offers and above all customer service. If you are looking to sell and want to get the very best for your property, go to these guys first and ask to speak to Luca!

GoogleAlthough we didn’t buy through them, we would 100% recommend Personal agent as the go to agent. As first-time-buyers if often felt like the other local agents didn’t want to spend much time with us or put in the effort to talk us through our options. Peronsal agent couldn’t have helped us more! Luca Sarteur kept us up to date on properties coming on the market before they went online. He put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage advisor, as well as a great solicitor and building surveyors. He was always on hand to give us advice, and answer questions. I couldn’t recommend Personal agent or Luca enough!
