GoogleWhat can I say, excellent service, all the staff were willing to help if I contacted them, sold house within a week of going on the market for the asking price plus, also tremendous support and advice through the selling procedure and after sales support. A deserved 5 star performance.

GoogleWe had a great experience using the Personal Agent to buy our first property. A particular shout out to Dan Bennett who communicated really openly with us and answered all of our "first time buyer" questions with patience! Dan was able to get us into the property we eventually secured 2 hours after it went on the market and helped us to close the sale within 24hrs! Thanks Dan for all your help and your great sense of humour, you helped make a daunting process feel really manageable! Additionally, Cat Mahoney then helped us to progress the sale and went above and beyond to contact the seller, ensure there were no delays and keep us informed. Cat was really knowledgeable and understanding, thanks Cat for your help!

GoogleHad a great experience when Rebekah handled my leaving of my rental. She answered all of my questions and dealt with my case quickly and efficiently. She was kind and easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns. My end of tenancy was completed in a few days thanks to Rebekah, which is so helpful when moving between rentals!

GoogleI am so impressed by Sarah Goddard, in fact the whole team. From start to finish. Each member of staff were amazing. We had a very difficult chain and with the added pressure of the stamp duty holiday. Sarah who deals with sales progression was professional, responsive, proactive & supportive. At this very stressful time her friendly, caring manner, along with her professionalism made it a breeze. I would highly recommend Personal agent to anyone.

Trustpilot£5k over top valuation and faultless service
We've just sold my mum's house through the Personal Agent Epsom and thank goodness we chose them. Everyone from Richard at the initial meeting to Sue in Sales Progression was professional and highly knowledgeable. Best bit - the phone was ALWAYS answered promptly, and calls returned. They also navigated a communication difficulty between solicitors, which really was above and beyond. Thank you.

GoogleHad a great experience with Personal Agent in an otherwise extremely stressful time of completing before stamp duty holiday. Joe from the Epsom branch was instrumental in the original negotiation of the deal and did a fab job in ensuring timely exchange ahead of 30th June. There were few bumps along the way only because of the urgent nature of the sell but I'm very pleased with the professional nature with which it was all handled and happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend to everyone.
