Great company who have made us feel at ease in buying our first property. Adam has been helping us along the way, he has been fantastic and made us feel very comfortable in the process, whether that be viewings, emails or over the phone. First time buying can be a scary field as you are totally new to everything, but nothing has been to much for Adam. He has honestly answered all of our questions and queries to the best of his knowledge and if he doesnt know then he will simply just say he doesnt know and offer to find out for you. The above alone has made the experience feel genuine and relaxed, as some estate agents can sometimes fill your head with jargon that you dont understand, where as with Adam we haven't felt this way at all. Great experience at our recent property viewings with this agency and particularly with agent Chris Shaw. Chris was really professional from the beginning to the end of our visit. I was really impressed at how professional and knowledgeable about the property Chris was. We had all the necessary information provided and ALL our questions answered which has proven to be extremely rare in the current market..! Most of the other estate agencies / agents we dealt with lately would tell us from the start that they had no knowledge about the properties they’re showing and were only appointed to replace one of their colleagues to do the viewing which was frustrating and a waste of time.. Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Total lack of respect for potential tenants and current tenant. Hustled and rushed into a viewing, given a ridiculous 5 minutes - estate agent managed to quickly gloss past any ‘dodgy bits’. 5 minutes is not anywhere near enough time to look properly and make informed decisions. The complete disregard towards us was very obvious. Just book another hour of your time at least, so that everyone has 10 minutes. Really not that hard. Oh that note the current tenant had obviously been given no warning and the agents just barged their way in before he had even returned home from work. Just embarrassing. After hussling us and giving all the usual estate agent ‘speel’ we then were left for over a week with no correspondance, despite chasing, to then be told the current tenant had decided to stay. Total waste of our time. Their complete lack of respect for our time means we will of course be avoiding them like the plague - if this is they way they treat PROSPECTIVE tenants, goodness knows how they treat current ones when there are problems. The moment we heard the property was agent managed that was enough to put us right off.

Andrew came to our house on a Wednesday to value it and by Friday had 16 viewings arranged for the Saturday.Absolutely amazed at that as there was no time to take photos or advertise it.Dan was dealing with us and gave an excellent service. Professional, communicative and really on the ball.Suzi did the viewings and again she too was professional, friendly and we knew our house was in good hands.We were offered asking price by a buyer with no chain on the Monday. Had a great experience with Personal Agent in an otherwise extremely stressful time of completing before stamp duty holiday. Joe from the Epsom branch was instrumental in the original negotiation of the deal and did a fab job in ensuring timely exchange ahead of 30th June.
