They delivered, their presentation of the property on both photographic and video showed the property at its very best,. From a single open house viewing they achieved a great price and from then on through to completion, smooth sailing. GoogleMy experience with The Personal Agent was very positive and this was in large part down to Paul. In a business where trust is essential, Paul was diligent, organised and highly responsive. The quality and professionalism in his presentation was excellent. As an advisor, he strikes the right balance between insight and challenge to make you think about how you will navigate the buying process. Paul’s colleague John also managed a positive introduction through conducting the viewings. He is credible and offers deep knowledge of the local area, which eventually led to a successful negotiation. Collectively, The Personal Agent team were customer focussed and enthusiastic. Communication was transparent throughout because they truly work as a team, which made this process much smoother than I anticipated. When working with The Personal Agent, such insight and professionalism was inherent throughout. From the first meeting with Paul and John to achieving the desired outcome, the overall experience far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a positive outcome for all. GoogleSo far I am extremely pleased with the service we are receiving from The Personal Agent. Andrew came round to value our property and, upon our instructions to proceed, the media team came to take photos and a video and they were extremely professional and did our property justice. We pressed the button to go live with The Personal Agent and, 4 days later, we had 24 viewings booked for our open day on the Saturday. Paul Davies, our negotiator worked so hard seeing everyone and secured us 6 offers on the Monday - well done Paul!

GoogleAll we can say is thank goodness for Daniel Bennett at the Personal Agent. He put our faith back in Estate agents. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and lined us up with lots of viewings all of which fitted the criteria of what we were looking for . He was proactive all through the transaction and had an update even before our solicitors had it. He understood our needs and then reached out to the buyers & their solicitors to keep the transaction on track . Andrew Bern, the director, does seem to add a personal touch to his communications. When it comes to finding a buyer, they did go over and above to find a buyer when we lost one due to delays in onward purchase. Definitely recommend. Many thanks.

GoogleInitially, I was pleased with the way things progressed with the sale of the property. Due to issues with the other parties solicitor, things went on a lot longer than necessary. During this time , I found the communication with The Personal Agent somewhat lacking. However, once I was able to communicate with a more senior member of staff, I found the communication to be much better and I had every faith in this Sales Negotiator acting promptly on my behalf. I was also grateful for the timely advice I received from him on how we should progress the sale when it looked like it might not go ahead. I would be happy to recommend The Personal Agent for anyone looking to sell a property.

They managed to obtain multiple offers on our property, and helped us achieve an accepted offer on our new property at a price we are very happy with.
