GoogleThe Personal Agent have been very professional. The viewing of the property we were interested in was conducted without being rushed and pressured. Communication has been extremely efficent, either by email or phone from the team. Highly recommend buying or selling throuh them.

GoogleWe would firstly like to thank you and the team for your work getting people in to view the property, so many people it was unbelievable! Extra special thanks must be directed to our sales progression manager, Vygaile Petrulionyte'. She is without doubt fantastic, she always responded to our queries promptly, she demonstrated a great amount of knowledge about the housing market, she was a bull terrier when need be, she helped calm us down and made sure we were grounded in our expectations. We trusted her word fully throughout the process. The sale went through because of her good work and we will never be able to thank her enough. Even the estate agent we are buying through had a huge amount of respect for her! So you have a great team who helped us through a process that we never want to go through again! We would definitely recommend The Personal Agent to any other home owners planning to sell

GoogleExtremely rude and arrogant agency manager Ben. Called up twice to book viewings on two different properties came on the market only 1 hour prior on the same day, was told both occasions that the viewings slots have filled up. While it is not common for slots to be popular in this market, it is highly unusual for agents to only accommodate 1 day of viewings and not willing to at least add a Friday afternoon, this is also in less favour for the seller as you may not get the best offer as the number of buyers who do get slots would be very limiting and they do not ask questions when you book viewing, it's only a matter of "first come first serve" practise. I asked to speak with Manager BEN WOOLNOUGH to provide constructive feedback, and thought it would benefit his business if I tell him other agents are more accommodating, but instead of recognising that his practise is limiting, he again defended this approach and we are talking in circles so in the end I just said then I will leave it as it is as clearly this is not my business, I can't change your mind. Then he asked he can either put me on the waiting list, or mark my card as "inactive" so I would be removed from his buyers list. Amazing so as soon as you want to provide feedback to this agent, you may get "blacklisted" since they do not want to hear any constructive criticism.

We are saddened to hear about your recent experience with a member of our team. All feedback is extremely important to us, and we have duly taken all points on board. We can see you had originally enquired to view a property that at the time had a full open day. We placed you on our cancelation list which subsequently resulted in you viewing the property and given the chance to make an offer. This system is in place as it’s the only open and fair way we can deal with the extremely high levels of demand our properties are experiencing. On this occasion our vendor requested an open day allowing us to pre book qualified viewings over a certain period. We would love to allow every person to view every property they want but with the current demand this sometimes just isn’t possible. In accordance with current guidelines, we must qualify and prebook everyone, for the safety of our vendors, our viewers, and our staff. We understand it is very frustrating if you cannot get a viewing and we can only apologise in this instance. Our vendors are fully aware of the procedures we carry out and are invested in our advice. In the meantime, I hope we can find that perfect property for you.

GoogleRevising the 1* “review” below following a call from Ben. It’s a tough manic market for residential buyers. There is only a limit to what can be done and on how the vendors require the applicants profiled but present day technology allows for better effective communication models than emails circulated to ALL applicants following the viewings slots being taken leading to anxiety. Often reviews are left out of disappointment from expected service levels and not in the intention of damaging businesses. Its fantastic, our voice was heard!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Either you know Daniel and Paul or you get to know them to stand a chance. Not sure if this in the best of vendor’s interest.
