This company is unfortunately still operating under discriminatory bias. I called to view a property, was not asked any questions other than whom would be living with (my 4 year son alone). I was then told the landlord wouldn’t rent to anyone with children, because of a previous tenant. It’s like saying I won’t rent to anyone Asian, black, disabled etc because a previous experience. Illegal and discriminatory of protected characteristics

GoogleFirst time using the Personal Agent and would highly recommend, especially the service provided by Adam Latter. Adam showed us round the property, he was very professional and answered all our questions in detail. After the viewing, Adam was always at the end of the phone and has supported us with purchasing our first home. GoogleThe entire team in Epsom were really great. Even though we were not their clients (we were buyers), they were all very professional. Both Joe and Morgan were very helpful throughout the process of looking for our first home to buy. They were easily reachable by phone, communicated well with us by email and phone, notified us when a new property was on the market, arranged viewings with sometimes short notice and were very professional. We also spoke with Chris a few times on the phone and he dealt with our requests efficiently. Sarah followed the sales and kept us updated throughout from just before exchange to completion. We finally got our keys for our first home from Adam. We wish to thank each and every one of the Epsom team.
