We had a very good experience with The Personal Agent, Stoneleigh. Paul kept us informed throughout and the whole process from beginning to end was handled in a professional and courteous manner. Paul shone through on 'exchange' day when things started looking a bit wobbly due to various reasons at the top of the chain, but all worked out well in the end. We have no hesitation in recommending The Personal Agent to others.

From the very first meeting with Andrew and deciding to instruct them, our house was up for sale with professional pictures & video within days. GoogleWe completed on the sale of our property via The Personal Agent last week and quite frankly we aren't sure why you would choose any other agent. From the very start their expertise and knowledge is evident. Their marketing is far superior to other agents in the area which really drives people through the door. They conducted over 25 viewings within two days and achieved in excess of £20,000 above our asking price. Andrew and his team clearly understand the local market, were personable to deal with at all times and we highly recommend them.

I approached The Personal Agent as I had been trying to sell my house with other agents and was not getting any offers.From our first meeting to when my house was sold, Richard and his team were extremely professional, always reassuring and available at all times when I needed them. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants to sell their home and have had bad agents represent them.
