GoogleI have had the worst experience with these estate agents and I have worked with a few over the years. They have no system, they don’t keep track of their listings/viewings and don’t communicate any information. We enquired about a number of properties with them and they didn’t get back to us on 2 out of 3 of them at all. They failed to turn up to the one viewing they arranged for us and didn’t bother to communicate that the property has since gone under offer. Terribly unprofessional company and I will do my best to avoid them in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We were extremely disappointed to receive your one star review and apologise if you feel we have failed in our duty of care. All viewings arranged are sent an email and a text message when they are confirmed and neither appear to have been sent to you. Furthermore we have listened to the recorded telephone conversation between yourself and our colleague and she quite clearly states she would need to check with the tenant in the property and would email you once it had been confirmed. We admit there were failings on our part but we called you back within 15minutes twice on the 17th January 2022, both times in an effort to arrange some viewings. Regrettably the properties you enquired about have now been sold and the property market is moving extremely quickly, however we will review the systems and procedures we have in place to ensure this does not happen again. We sincerely apologise once again and hope that we will be able to assist you again in the future.

GoogleMr. Morgan Borrell came to the property to let us view it. He was at the property before the appointment time and we did not have to wait for him at all. Mr Borrell was very polite, courteous and he, very kindly, answered all our queries. He was smartly attired and 'customer focused' in his manners. We feel grateful to him for all his help.

He showed us around a few properties, but his experience really shone through when we came to put an offer in, working with our agent and through the chain to ensure everything went smoothly - swiftly dealing with issues as and when they arose. GoogleWe were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being ‘Personal’. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability. On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market. We’d like to thank Joe, Chris, Adam, Morgan, Sian and anyone else from the team not mentioned here for their help!

GoogleFirst time using the Personal Agent and would highly recommend, especially the service provided by Adam Latter. Adam showed us round the property, he was very professional and answered all our questions in detail. After the viewing, Adam was always at the end of the phone and has supported us with purchasing our first home. Nothing was too much hassle for Adam and we can’t thank him enough for his help and professionalism. Thank you Adam!

GoogleThe entire team in Epsom were really great. Even though we were not their clients (we were buyers), they were all very professional. Both Joe and Morgan were very helpful throughout the process of looking for our first home to buy. They were easily reachable by phone, communicated well with us by email and phone, notified us when a new property was on the market, arranged viewings with sometimes short notice and were very professional. We also spoke with Chris a few times on the phone and he dealt with our requests efficiently. Sarah followed the sales and kept us updated throughout from just before exchange to completion. We finally got our keys for our first home from Adam. We wish to thank each and every one of the Epsom team.
