GoogleWould like to thank Adam Latter on the teamwork he provided. I had the pleasure of being in a chain with him and his support and communication really did help keep this chain together when we were faced with majorly tight deadlines and multiple mortgages in place. He is a credit to The Personal Agent and would definitely be a agent i wouldn't mind progressing with again in the future. Thank you for your support.

We wish to express our sincere thanks for the hard work and dedication of Daniel Bennett and the Personal Agent Team, Stoneleigh. We are part of a chain of buyers. Daniel is professional, action-oriented and works on behalf of the Vendors to resolve issues. Without Daniel’s hard work, we would not be able to close the on the property.Daniel is responsive and polite; he has more actions than words. When we have difficulties in the conveyancing and raise enquires, he came back every time, communicating with the Vendors and always suggesting a way to move forward. In the final week, there were mortgage issues with one in the chain, Daniel made a lot of effort and communication with the parties to chase for mortgage broker feedback and line up all parties for the deals. He knew the Vendors and our needs to move and helped all of us complete the mortgage date. Daniel’s service and customer caring are exceptionally good and impressive. He is willing to work honestly on Vendor and our shoes. Without Daniel’s drive for overcome the issues, the chain may have broken ( as my unpleasant experience with the average estate agent and solicitors). Lastly, Daniel has a pleasant character, he always smiles and works quietly. These help us a lot for stressful situations. He helps to keep Vendor and us in a very good relationship till now. Our family has some houses around and we have no hesitation to appoint Daniel for selling as well as recommending others who want to buy a property in the area.

GoogleAs we are just about to complete on our property I would just like to say how well your team dealt with it. Of particular note is Ray, who’s input was intrinsic to dragging it over the line during these currently tumultuous times! He never once failed to call me back when he promised to (I have literally never experienced this in any service industry let alone Estate Agency) , he utilised his contacts to gee-along other parties in the chain when frankly he could have just shrugged his shoulders and said “not really for me to get involved with” and I know he has supported my buyer, who is very inexperienced with property transactions, to move things along. Anyway, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying and selling property (the first BTL I ever got was via the Personal Agent about 12 or 13 years ago!) and Rays work is the best I have experience, top marks…. In fact, he was so good at insuring he ensured the personal/human touch through calling rather than just firing-off emails that I don’t have his direct email address!

Sarah, who took over with the completion process went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and kept us up to date with everything. Ray and Sarah are a credit to the company.

The service provided by Adam was brilliant from start to finish; keeping us informed about progress of the sale and chasing solicitors who were not as efficient as him!
